I didn’t realize I had a subscription to this website and when I noticed it was when I had fraud on my charge card account. I called customer service at Dreamstime and customer service rep Kimberley was so kind to cancel my subscription and credit me for 6 months. I consider this excellent customer service. Indian support staff is impossible to understand. Even after asking for the manager, still impossible to understand. Couldn't login to my account as the verification code wasn't going to my phone. Wasted 30 minutes trying to resolve the issue. Didn't resolve. Will be ordering from other online marketplaces.

This was a great software until they messed around with invoicing that worked perfectly well. They have not listened to users complaints and have bashed ahead with implementing the “new and improved” version. It is NOT an improvement. Takes me and my clients longer to send an invoice and the UI is shocking. Recommend rethinking this Xero.

Ko-Fi is such a great website for any sort of content creator! I love being able to customise my page, add goals, share photos and updates about different projects. All the staff are so helpful if you have any issues.I use Ko-Fi more as a tip jar, but I’m looking forward to trying to use it more than I am already and try using as more of a default social media!

I've used one of the travel companies that kayak redirect you: I got robbed $1053USD. The company that associates to steal with Kayak is Smartfares.com, they took my money, don't give any airline confirmation number and don't want to give me my money back.I've contact Kayak and they didn't response any of my emails, Kayak just doesn't care if you are robbed.Be warned: you will get robbed if use any of Kayak associates to buy a ticket, instead go directly to the airline web page.

Delta in and of itself is a satisfactory flying experience. Point A to B. Two complaints. 1. These federal mask guidelines need to end. The hypocrisy of the mantra messages about 'staying safe' and '6 feet' and your 'first priority is my safety', yet you pack me next to strangers forward, back and directly next to me for the flight's duration. This is for financial gain solely. Please do not try to paint the picture any differently. Why do you go out of your way to thank passengers pre flight and post landing?....because they've spent money with you. My 2nd gripe with Delta is their lack of honesty, ie. being told I must check my bag because there is no more storage space in the over head bins, yet upon entry into the cabin, there is plenty of empty space for baggage storage. This is not only an inconvenience to the passenger, it is strongly indicative of a company that lacks real time honesty.

Worst company ever!! Locked my account for 48H and still didn't get it released because they want to verify my new account identity. Why not ask for it in email? Need to lock account and leaving my domains dead in the water in the middle of setting up DNS everything is offline. I already sent them my ID twice and every time another representative ask for it again in a new email. As soon as they open it I'm moving away. Such a mistake to use their services!

Absolute rubbish. Cannot ad new email addresses no matter how hard I try. It is just too difficult. The new outlook is pure crap. DO NOT BUY IT OR USE THE FREE VERSION. It will just waste hours and hours of your time trying to ad accounts. Its impossible. It sent me 9 verification codes 1 after the other when I tried to ad an account. It would not recognise my password and let me ad an account. Absolutely disgusted that I paid for this crap.

I think along with many other oculus users the tracking has gone wrong on my headset and it can't find the floor any more. I have sent a couple of support tickets but no answer from them so now it's just so much plastic. Even the factory reset doesn't work so I have nowhere to go really. I would probably hold off on buying one of these and get one of the more premium brands in the first place where they give proper support and the product is designed for long term use. It's a pain as well because I have a number of Oculus games I can't use any more....total waste of money overall.

I used the service to sync files across 5 of my computers (some virtual). I choose it for the 25gb of free space. It has not worked for me and I have had to give up on using it despite all the setup I have gone through. The service is just so unreliable. I have to set up the sync again almost every time I would use each computer. Recently I lost a few days work because of the syncing issues which was just the nail in the coffin for me. I cannot ever recommend anyone use cloud storage that can lose data. It is also the most incredible amount of work to maintain. I have been using google drive too for a couple years and I set that up once and have never ever had to do anything again. It had been flawless. I reached out to customer support about a better, more reliable means to do the setup so I would not have to do it each time I want the files to sync and after 6 weeks they got back to me with the generic FAQ answer that did not address what I was asking at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
