I think along with many other oculus users the tracking has gone wrong on my headset and it can't find the floor any more. I have sent a couple of support tickets but no answer from them so now it's just so much plastic. Even the factory reset doesn't work so I have nowhere to go really. I would probably hold off on buying one of these and get one of the more premium brands in the first place where they give proper support and the product is designed for long term use. It's a pain as well because I have a number of Oculus games I can't use any more....total waste of money overall.
