I have a gift card from Adidas However, the gift card was not working, and I spent a significant amount of time contacting customer service and even requested to speak with a supervisor to resolve the issue. Still, unfortunately, I did not receive a response. I have attached all relevant emails as required. and the customer service hang up the phone without any excuse

Doesn't Honor Geek Squad Extended Warranty

I bought a Samsung TV online from Best Buy a couple of years ago, along with a 5-year Geek Squad extended warranty. Last week, I tried plugging an optical cable into the TV's optical output jack, and the jack's spring-loaded door/shutter broke (which make the jack difficult, but not impossible, to use). I chatted into BB's support today, explained the problem, and was immediately told "Sorry, we don't cover accidental damage." I've used optical cables for decades and have never even seen a broken jack, much less broken one myself, but because my Samsung's optical port disintegrated on first use, they call it "accidental damage" and refuse to cover it under warranty. Looks like I'll have to wait until the next toilet paper shortage to get any use from my Best Buy Geek Squad warranty.

Supreme Travel Malta boat trip to Blue Lagoon was a disaster

Do not use supreme travel in Malta if you are not used to walking up and down extremely uneven and steep rocky landscape. Their boat trip to the Blue Lagoon that I went on yesterday was badly organized. Hundreds of passengers were left stranded on steep rocks waiting to board a boat while hundreds of other passengers disembarked from it. It took them along time because the territory was rocky and quite steep . Old ,disabled and children had to stand for an hour on the rocks with no shade and then had to climb down without assistance . It was extremely crowded in a very small and steep space and people were waiting stacked up on uneven ledges . People were not told ahead of time that conditions were not suitable for everyone. When I called the company to report this the agent argued back and didn't take the complaint seriously. I was helped on the rocks by kind strangers and an employee who said it wasn't her job to help. People were complaining about the conditions and said they will never use this company again.

i hope you find a way to make client life easier

i have not logged in , in a while and received an email to "Confirm your details".Did the login, but it wasn't enough. new device, ok here we go. login? no. now i have to store a passkey. ok, there you go store the passkey. not enough. store the passkey on mobile too... ok!! finally in.update information: information updated, ensure name, address etc is correct. plus financial information, plus upload id, plus a quiz about crypto knowledge...All of that and in the end it failed. Try again, but, too many attempts try again in 24 hours. Like... this system is telling me not to use it is what i take for this almost one hour of my life lost not because i had to, for nothing.

Google has lost my business, if they want to rename the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America and pander to the orange turd then I will give my business to another company, guess I'm back to using alternative search options. Will be throwing all our company's pixel phones, and any Google products my two companies use. We will also be no longer using Google advertising for my company's and will be using alternative add campaigns.

So I tried to pay a vendor $45 in…

So I tried to pay a vendor $45 in bitcoin. I opened an account at crypto.com and, after a couple of days of verification I finally got an account. I deposited over $50 to cover costs and attempted to pay the vendor. I was informed that you cannot pay anything under $100 You can deposit under $100 but don't expect to do anything with itSo. I transferred the bitcoin back to cash, paying the fee and tried to withdraw. Ahh, you cannot withdraw under $100.So, I deposited another $52 so that I had over $100 to withdraw which the company lost. I am now 2 weeks in and 7 separate support chats with "special teams" to find my deposit. I should mention that I have spent over 5 hours with this inept companyDo not use these guys !!!
