Worst customer service Support ever

Worst customer service. I am amaze the contact support on playstation store is up and running. It's a wast of time to navigate the page it’s not fit for purpose. Trying to get help left me frustated when phoning Support they ask for a 10 digit order number the problem is If you have a 15 order number that it they hang up. I went around in circle for half the Day with no resolution. Will not buy from playstation store just incase I need help.

Outlook is Junk

Outlook just gets worse and worse with each iteration.1: The search functions are rubbish (or too complex for me to try and learn the syntax that would allow a functional search), 2: loading new contacts is impossible to batch and requires a huge multi-step process to manually load (you used to be able to right click and then click "add address to contacts")3: It automatically groups email streams, so your sent emails are buried in with incoming emails.4: When you reply all, you receive the email you just sent!It is complete junk, just because Microsoft have such a monoploly that they don't care how crap they are

Its the worst email application ive used by a country mile Everything is 10 times more difficult then it should be. They have moved shortcuts that have been the same for decades for every program, such as spell check on right click. Use anything else.

Purchased a course from seller on the platform. No way to cancel purchase. No way to contact support. No way to contact the course seller. Awful experience. Do not recommend this platform at all. They obviously don't vet the teachers nor do they have any means to protect the customers. Sorry. Stay away.

Deeply Disappointed – Hours of Stress Over a Cancelled BookingI’ve just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with Hotels.com. My booking at Gravity Haus, Breckenridge was suddenly cancelled without my knowledge—including the night I had still planned to use. Despite sending multiple messages to the hotel via Hotels.com’s platform (and through social media), I was told the hotel “never received anything” and that I was a no-show—completely false.Hotels.com support was no better. I was passed between agents, told contradictory information, and had to chase them repeatedly just to get basic updates. At one point I was told the hotel hadn’t cancelled my booking, only for them to reverse that and admit it had been cancelled all along. I could have shown up with nowhere to stay. Eventually, after hours of stress and chasing, they reinstated one night—but the amount of time and energy this took was absurd.The worst part? Hotels.com consistently told me it was “out of their hands” and I had to deal with the hotel myself. If that’s the case, what’s the point of using a booking platform? I now have to re-book last-minute accommodation and am seriously reconsidering ever using Hotels.com again.Truly disappointed.

Most racist comments I’ve ever seen, just saw an article from the Ryan Air Boss Michael O‘Leary who calls for racial profiling of Muslim men at Checkpoints. The comments were full of racism as the absolute majority applauded and praised him for that and the very few comments that criticized his racist comments was hit with thousands and hundreds of dislikes. Disgusting

I bought a product thru Amazon.de, and guess what happened ? NOTHING. And when you try to contact them, you will become apart of a communication with a machine (AI), and they answer your question with question and they dont care. They have taken your money, and they are happy, end of that story, you never see your product or your money again.
