Review of intuit
Where to start? I downloaded the app on my phone on the 5th January and paid for a full years subscription.I setup my account and linked it to my business bank account which all went smoothly. I then needed to add some manual transactions and this is where things went wrong. After adding a manual transaction the balance updated so if the transaction was for £11 the balance showed as £11. If I then closed and reopened the app, the balance doubled to £22 and stayed like this.Every single manual transaction was initially being counted correctly but upon refreshing the app, it counted it a second time. Removing the transaction corrected the balance but adding it again caused the same issue.I reported it to support who got me to do the usual uninstall the app, reinstall, exporting and sending them my transactions etc but nothing worked so they escalated it to the "backend team" who have been sitting on the issue for A WHOLE MONTH.I keep getting automated emails saying I'm due an update on a given date only to either not get the update or for the update to be, you'll get an update in another week. I've called them several times for an update and surprise surprise, there is no update and the team handling it cannot be contacted nor can I be put through to them and there is no escalation process.Imagine that, an accounting app that cannot properly add numbers together?!!I then unlinked my bank account and this still showed as part of my balance despite the transactions being removed successfully so my balance was never correct at any stage of using it.Tried to post on their community page in case anyone had found a workaround and got to the end where I needed to upload some screenshots, wouldn't let me, just sat there spinning, tried to post the question without pictures and "error 404" and I lost everything I typed. So I have now cancelled my account and asked for a refund but given my experience so far I'm not holding out hope in the companies ability to do this. The level of incompetence is absolutely astounding, I even posted on X about it several times tagging QuickBooks and it took several weeks to even get a reaction to that. Appalling software (that cannot accurately add numbers together) and awful customer service, although I will acknowledge the staff themselves were very professional and courteous, but they are a layer to prevent the real people looking at the problem from having to deal with the customer which is unfair on the front line staff. And for clarity, a friend of mine also signed up for the same service but they do not have any manual transactions so they haven't experienced the issue, but when I asked them to add one, bingo, the same problem for them as well! What?!

I need to change my email. It should be simple, but I made one typo now I cannot get it fixed. Their customer service is nonexistent. Use a different service or just pick up phone & call restaurant for reservations. The whole “points thing” from OT is a scam anyway.

Actually, it used to be reasonably informative, albeit with somewhat biased opinions. The George Floyd and Black Like Me coverage, along with all the related mayhem, was quite informative for some time, with continuing coverage that just needed to be followed with "coverage has been moved to here" links. Not a problem and understandable I suppose. Sadly, it has evolved into such a splintered and scrambled collection of bits and pieces that it isn't worth ones time anymore. I even tried contacting them on exactly that topic and it obviously fell upon deaf ears as they couldn't be bothered to fix the obviously poorly designed and pitifully run commentary. Nor did they bother to respond

They have bugs with their login system, it redirects too much that it crashes at some redirections and you have to manually refresh the page and it some times logs you in successfully or you have to login again. Also their interface is not that appealing.

This is a great site. I strongly recommend it. It has a diverse set of articles on everything you can think of.I have learned a lot from this site. It's only $5 a month (the price of a Starbucks coffee) for God's sake, quit complaining. So it's a little liberal. Everything nowadays is a little liberal or a little conservative. It's the new norm. Get use to it.150+ Million users per month means they are doing something right.Medium.com does not deserve the low rating.
Review of coinbase
Very bad. The trump meme coins they exchange you can swap them for 100-300% less value. This problem is known for weeks now and you get automated responses, like there 's a slight difference due to fluctuations. It's a disgrace That they don 't taken this problem serious and it Will Cost you a lot of money. People have to pay bills, but they don't care.My advice? Move over to a different exchange and Never Come back!
Review of coinbase
Many folks start in their crypto journey with coinbase as have I. My experience in moving money and assets from there has been horrible. First off my account had a whitelisting feature enabled when i set it up (possibly my doing on setup thinking that was safe). Here’s the catch and another great aspect about YSL in teaching me these things (about crypto, not coinbase…). In lesson one we learn to use a browser wallet like rabby. I could not complete the lessons because when I added Rabby to my whitelist there was 48 hour waiting period. Then I was advised to deactivated the white list feature entirely, and they put another 48 hour hold on my funds. UGGG 4 days it then took to complete the Rabby transfer of just a few USDC. Never was told this or learned this from CB until after the fact. Here comes the second problem to avoid…..The recent crypto drop caused me to DCA (dollar cost average) my bluechip (than goodness I did - was up big yesterday due to lower cost positions). In order to DCA, I needed more cash. I connected my bank account and transfered cash on Friday, and more on Saturday. All weekend I was having trouble moving my long term assets like ETH to my Ledger hardware wallet (learned this from YSL). I posted tech support posts and threads, reinstalled my ledger software several times, and no one could understand why I couldn’t simply move “MY” assets to “MY” wallet. I considered it was an ETH/Base network issue, bad wallet address…..nothing would work to move an asset Ive owned since I opened the account in nearly 5-8 years ago. I finally sold/swapped my ETH for USDC to make more DCA cash AND took a tax cap gain hit!Today I went to move my newer SOL from DCA buys, and had the SAME problem. I tried calling CoinBase (forget that) if actually need help, and then had to go to a chat window hoping for a human. No way on those high hopes either… I ended up with a chat bot that provided irrelevant answers to my specific questions, but eventually got an answer….BEWARE: The bit said CoinBase had my bank transfer deposits would place my entire account on ANOTHER hold for nearly 1 week!! The money has left my bank and arrived at CB already BUT STILL being held. They said I could transact on their platform, but froze everything I have from leaving CB until late Saturday / early Sunday morning (virtually 1 week). The bot also told me that if i wanted to avoid this I would need to wire transfer money or use a credit card to deposit funds in the future. Im so sick of Coinbase!! Wanted you all to beware of these HOLDS and ask if anyone recommends a better CEX to onboard cash with??Sorry for the rant, but these guys keep stinging me. I dont know what I would do without YSL’s team of experts. So glad I made this investment!!

We rented Cozy Beach House Indian Shores for 4 days. Upon arrival, we were given the wrong keycode. When we did enter the home, we soon realized this was a mistake. The description never mentioned inside stairs nor did the online pictures show them. Two of our family members are handicapped & cannot do stairs. All bedrooms were on the 2nd floor. The house was dirty so I spent the 1st of 4 days cleaning. The 2nd day was spent at the hospital with my husband who was having chemo. Early on the 3rd day I contacted the owner & told him we would have to leave because the house had too many issues. The clincher was the roaches. Aside from being dirty, our biggest issue was the stairs. My daughter in law wears leg braces & stairs were impossible for her. My husband has Parkinsons, so he could not climb stairs either. When I voiced our concerns to the host, he told me if we were out by 10 am, he would refund the 2 nights So we left before 10 & rented a place on one level which was very clean & cost W-A-Y less. The refund promised is over $700. The host decided not to keep his word & would not give us our promised refund. In conclusion, this turned out to be the worst vacation rental we have ever encountered. This place is awful. PLEASE look elsewhere. We certainly wish we would have.

I bought a one month upgrade on my account and the website was of great help for my survey. Apparently, the upgrade was set on auto-renew so after one month I got billed again. In in an email I explained my situation and asked for cancellation and to my surprise I received a personal answer within just a few minutes. They immediately solved the issue and arranged a refund. All in all, I had a very pleasent experience with the website.

Absolutely shocking service never order online from these, absolutely haven’t a clue of when & where your product actually is & when it should be delivered, Had 3 different dates now even had the audacity to use the snow as an excuse despite being due last week.
Review of bp
One starAvoid this site – car wash scam & predatory parking finesI paid for a car wash at this BP/MFG Sutton site, only to find the car wash was broken. When I returned days later to use what I’d already paid for, I had to queue for over an hour — then got hit with a parking fine from Euro Car Parks for “overstaying.”I never left my vehicle. I was in a queue for a paid service, in full control, delayed only because MFG can’t run or maintain their own equipment. Absolutely no warning that queuing could get you fined.Worse, no response at all to my complaint from MFG or BP. Zero accountability. They take your money, fail to deliver, and fine you for their own failures. This is either gross mismanagement or a deliberate trap — either way, it’s disgraceful. I’ve escalated to POPLA and Trading Standards. Think twice before giving them your business.
Review of unity3d
Every game I have played by Unity has been a scam. Someone has to be held accountable, if my name was on a product or game I would want to make sure that the app would do what it says it is going to do before I would ever let it be released because I would not want my name to be ran through the ringer and someone trying to put a lawsuit against me. How can I sign up for this class action lawsuits against Unity?
