One starAvoid this site – car wash scam & predatory parking finesI paid for a car wash at this BP/MFG Sutton site, only to find the car wash was broken. When I returned days later to use what I’d already paid for, I had to queue for over an hour — then got hit with a parking fine from Euro Car Parks for “overstaying.”I never left my vehicle. I was in a queue for a paid service, in full control, delayed only because MFG can’t run or maintain their own equipment. Absolutely no warning that queuing could get you fined.Worse, no response at all to my complaint from MFG or BP. Zero accountability. They take your money, fail to deliver, and fine you for their own failures.This is either gross mismanagement or a deliberate trap — either way, it’s disgraceful. I’ve escalated to POPLA and Trading Standards. Think twice before giving them your business.
