No after sale service

To be honest first and last time I’m ever using kayak. They are incompetent and after sale service is non existing. Horrible and horrendous experience. Never to be trusted. They hide behind a website and automated bots. You will never get anywhere with them. The only thing you will get is a huge phone bill from how many times you call and the amount of time you’re on hold.

Why do you allow Travelgenio to operate…

Why do you allow Travelgenio to operate on your site? They just took our money and ran.. When a major leg on our trip was cancelled they did nothing, and we only found out days before the trip, and costumer service does not respond. And if you look at their Trustpilot reviews this is a highly consistent pattern. I used to trust Kayak, but because you let these crooks operate on you site, I can no longer trust you.

I am very suprised how wholly inadequate the customer service is over my faulty product and also that the product itself is not working for so many people - I think it should be withdrawn. Avoid Garmin for Trackers.

Big applause to Garmin Denmark for their quick response. Broken watch sent to repair Monday, 5 days later I received a new watch. I have always had good experiences with Garmin, so I’m really pleased with their damn good service 👏😊

The on-line comments page is a farce

The on-line comments page is a farce. The majority of articles are headlined designed to cause provocation and incite comments to suit whether or not there is any truth in them. Infact some contributors admit they go straight to the comments without reading the page. Another point you very rarely get your response to the columnists pages passed if it deemed as negative despite nothing in the way to cause offence and often only a difference of opinion . Freedom of speech does not seem to mean much and the writers can get away with generalised statement without challenge.

I used to enjoy this website but it seems they have become a very conservative backed media. I would not be surprised to learn they are somehow financially benefiting from right winged organizations. I feel their news means far right and how they present and produce stories.

OK Program. Support isn't great.

Pixlr E is fine for my needs though I wish it was available to download as a program not run through a browser. For the price I paid per year the program seems to be worth it.My problem has been billing. They double charged me. Then randomly charged me another fee I didn't agree to and in each refund I would lose money due to exchange rates.The 24/7 tech support it mentions in the creative pack doesn't seem to be real. It still usually takes 12+ hours for a response and much longer for resolution of issue.

I had an appoint at The Forum at…

I had an appoint at The Forum at Ultabeauty Georgia (5145 Peachtree Pkwy # 440, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092-2545) for a few months ago.. it’s a late review though.. I have been a ulta beauty customer for about 4 years. I never had any issues before. But at this location, I went to root touch up on September 17. After the service is done I noticed that my Frey did not cover and my hair turned to blue color and gold color.. it looked so ugly.. they did not even tell me until i noticed it.. I asked them why it’s in this color, the manager and hair stylist were telling that it’s an issue with my hair. I told them I have coming to Ulta for many years never had this issue. And the manager booked another appointment to correct the color after one week. I asked if there were any appointments before and she said no.. I had to be with the weird color for a week. So I went to color correction appointment on Sep 23. So the hairstylist did not even know that she had an appointment with me cause she had another appointment. I told her that I can until she is done with the other one. I waited 1 hour. Another hairstylist in the meantime he did my color.. and she came back and waved it alll good. After the service the stylist gave me the bill, I said it’s a free service and manager booked this for me for the color correction. So the hairstylist(Porscha) told the manager about it. So the manager made me to wait almost 20 mins at the counter to come and confirm this. She saw that I was waiting there but she did after 20 mins.. Porscha was kept on telling her that i was waiting there. She did not even consider.. she came and confirm and I asked I was waiting here for 20 mins. She said she was busy with something else.. I told her that the worst service that I ever get from Ulta beauty.. and she was so rude to me.. I came home back.. and I called for next appointment- so someone picked up the phone and said there were comments about me that I was mean and rude should not book any appointments to me. I need to talk to manager to book any appointments.. I’m telling now again this was worst service that ever get from Ulta beauty. Please learn how to respect the customers.. actually they have to apologize to me.. I had to be with the weird color for one week but they made bad comments about me.
