I had an appoint at The Forum at Ultabeauty Georgia (5145 Peachtree Pkwy # 440, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092-2545) for a few months ago.. it’s a late review though.. I have been a ulta beauty customer for about 4 years. I never had any issues before. But at this location, I went to root touch up on September 17. After the service is done I noticed that my Frey did not cover and my hair turned to blue color and gold color.. it looked so ugly.. they did not even tell me until i noticed it.. I asked them why it’s in this color, the manager and hair stylist were telling that it’s an issue with my hair. I told them I have coming to Ulta for many years never had this issue. And the manager booked another appointment to correct the color after one week. I asked if there were any appointments before and she said no.. I had to be with the weird color for a week. So I went to color correction appointment on Sep 23. So the hairstylist did not even know that she had an appointment with me cause she had another appointment. I told her that I can until she is done with the other one. I waited 1 hour. Another hairstylist in the meantime he did my color.. and she came back and waved it alll good. After the service the stylist gave me the bill, I said it’s a free service and manager booked this for me for the color correction. So the hairstylist(Porscha) told the manager about it. So the manager made me to wait almost 20 mins at the counter to come and confirm this. She saw that I was waiting there but she did after 20 mins.. Porscha was kept on telling her that i was waiting there. She did not even consider.. she came and confirm and I asked I was waiting here for 20 mins. She said she was busy with something else.. I told her that the worst service that I ever get from Ulta beauty.. and she was so rude to me.. I came home back.. and I called for next appointment- so someone picked up the phone and said there were comments about me that I was mean and rude should not book any appointments to me. I need to talk to manager to book any appointments.. I’m telling now again this was worst service that ever get from Ulta beauty. Please learn how to respect the customers.. actually they have to apologize to me.. I had to be with the weird color for one week but they made bad comments about me.
