Review of asus

Not worth the risk!

Without doubt, the worst experience I have ever experienced. The laptop was so flimsy that the charging port was damaged after 4 weeks of use. They insisted it was my fault and wanted to charge more than the original cost of the laptop. Not willing to help. Please think twice about risking it!

Review of vrbo

Was the worst experience at an Airbnb.

Was the worst experience at an Airbnb. My family and I were in town for my Nana's celebration of life and was looking for somewhere we could be comfortable for the weekend.Sleeps 12, accommodates 10, she said we could have 8 but wants to charge us for additional people after our 8 people. She said pet friendly 2 pets. There was no option to input pets when booking. We only had 2 small dogs, she says she has video proof inside the house of 3 animals. Which isn't true, and concerning if she has cameras inside the house. All of the information that is listed in the ad is misleading. From the beginning we were over charged, and the communication was horrible. It says there is A/C but there is not! We spent hours trying to get cold air to blow, because the host wouldnt answer us, just to find out there isnt even an air conditioning unit on the property so we spent the weekend getting heat stroke because it is middle of summer and couldn't even cool down in the comfort of our Airbnb, we had to go spend our own money purchasing 3 fans to have some air flow during our stay. Some people need A/C during the summer because of health issues, and wouldn't book a place without it.And to have no option but to leave the 2 small dogs behind in a hot house with no air conditioning, with 2 fans blowing on them, ice in their water to stay cool and our own t-shirts soaked with cold water to help them cool down for the day while we went to my Nana's celebration of life was really disappointing. The ad states all the amenities included. There was no toilet paper (had to go buy our own), there was not enough towels for the amount of guests they knew would be staying there, not enough hand towels or face towels. We were left with 2 travel size bottles of 2 in 1 shampoo/body wash and a USED bar of body soap. No hair dryer like ad stated, no bidet like ad stated. The safety features says host hasn't indicated whether there is a carbon monoxide detector and to bring our own!As well as host hasn't indicated whether there was even a working smoke detector. The cupboards were all empty when we were told it was a fully equipped kitchen, so for the amount of people we had we couldn't even cook meals and had to spend more money to order food for everyone each day.We had nothing but a small pot and strainer to cook with. The container they had with coffee grinds in was moldy and looked like dog food. The ad says it has an outdoor oasis, with a spacious patio and bbq area, ad says the ourdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. The backyard was unmaintained, tall uncut half dead grass, unsafe steps to walk down, no patio area or bbq.We were told we had a 12pm checkout only to be threatened with cops if we didn't leave the property at 11. Cops showed up when we were clearly packing up to leave by our 12pm checkout, we showed them the information we were given and we were not in the wrong. The host showed up with the cops and sat outside in their vehicle to watch us for an hour while we packed up our vehicles and cleaned up behind us, and then sped away as we left. We were told additional guests would be $200, The host is now trying to charge us an extra $2700 fee ontop of the $1250 we already paid for having 2 additional guests. Which now they have switched and said the $2700 fee is for washer & dryer repair, when we didn't even use the washer or dryer. There wasn't even laundry detergent or enough towels to have to use the wash to begin with. And her message said that the washer dryer was in great working condition before we left. This has been absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else trying to stay here!Really disappointing to be scammed like this while coming from out of town to grieve with my family. We have all the proof and receipts to back all of our complaints.

Review of kraken

Low budget platform full of bugs…

I tried investing £1000 twice into xrp through there app and it always says failed cannot be processed at his time. First time it happened I spoke to customer service and they “resolved my account issue” and said it’s ready to use so I waited 7 days for my money to return while the coin I tried investing was going up… I finally then received my money and invested again. What a shock this garbage platform said failed transaction can’t be processed at this time. It was around 2-3pm what time am I allowed to invest then kraken??I would all advise you to use coinbase as its simple quick and easy to use. You will never see it say failed transaction then take you money for 7days.

Review of wayfair

Lack of customer service after they take your money

I ordered 2 items - a porch sitting set and a hallway tree (should be called cabinet) - and I only ordered those items since Wayfair offered to add professional assembly for an additional fee, which i paid for.All the packages - 7 total- had damages from being dropped, it looked like the driver just thrown them off the truck in the middle of the driveway in front of the garage. And heavens forbid if you try to return an item after it was dropped on your driveway- you will have to pay for shipping it back and restocking regardless on how damaged the packaging is. The porch sitting set had damages which after some back and forth was mitigated by the manufacturer. After Wayfair takes the money for the items and assembly, they are very much hands-off, and one is left to deal with the manufacturer and Angi, who supplies the pros. We got the porch set assembled, it's a story itself, but this is more about the hallway cabinet. The assembly instructions show it takes 2 people. I contacted Angi and got into this circle of Angi pointing me to Wayfair, and Wayfair pointing me to Angi. Angi suggested to cancel the assembly (4th time on their end) and reschedule for 2 pros - but also told me that Wayfairs description of the project does not warrant 2 assemblers or additional assembly time.It took 9 man-hours to get this assembled. The pro itself was good, but it takes time for 1 person alone to have to manage large items to be put together. I contacted Wayfair a couple of times this am in regards to misstating the item on the website. It's not nearly as easy a job to assembly since they make it out to be. I feel mislead and its also misleading for your pro to come out to a job, and open the box and the instruction clearly state that 2 folks are required. The 1st person from Wayfair this am told me that it's the assemblers fault that it took longer than 2 hours. I suggested that she takes a good look at the picture of the item before making an ignorant statement like that. She then put me on hold and after about 25 min I got disconnected.Between repeated calls, verifications, asking for additional assembly time, being put on hold and getting disconnected several times I spend overall a minimum of 6 hours on the phone/emails with Angi and Wayfair to get 2 projects completed. Needless to say that i will not order any items from Wayfair again.

Review of mercari

Shipping scam

Shipping scam. My item never arrived at my house despite it being marked as delivered. I was home with a direct view of my front porch at the exact time it was supposedly delivered. I can't get the seller to message me back with shipping info. I have since learned this is a common scam in which the seller mails a worthless item (instead of the item purchased) to a random house in the same zip code. USPS tracking data never shows the actual destination address in their tracking info, just the zip code (don't ask me why). The tracking date then of course shows that it was delivered when it arrives at the random address). I spoke with the post office and they confirmed that my package was mailed to a different address in my zip code. They were not allowed to tell me the address but they were able to tell me that the package only weighed 2 ounces (so obviously not the vacuum cleaner I ordered). They acknowledged that this is a common scam. I can't talk to a real person at Mercari, just a bot. I'm attempting to get me money back through Paypal

I know we have to adjust with coviad…

I know we have to adjust with coviad but you leave the room at 12 o'clock and return at four but the maid hasn't come to collect the garbage or clean the room. Our room heat didn't supply heat so we had to figure it out. Forget about the phone if you need the front desk you need to walk to it to complain. Experience very poor.

Non existent customer service for…

Non existent customer service for cancellations, non-working contact form on website, and continue to debit your account for subscript for decades potentially, even if you change your debit/credit card. Just had to spend an hour on the phone to the bank getting this stopped. Haven't used the product, but not expecting a lot from it based on other reviews...

I carefully set my local currency, but at some point later the website quietly changed it back to US$, so my tickets cost me more than I thought I was paying. Maybe a website bug - but I feel I was cheated

Deeply Frustrated with Google Ads Support – A Serious Issue for Agencies

As a Google Partner agency, we've submitted hundreds of support tickets over the years — and unfortunately, our experience has consistently been disappointing. Most support interactions feel like a loop of scripted responses, often with representatives who have extremely thick accents that make communication difficult and frustrating. Worse, there's a recurring pattern of not actually resolving the issue at hand. Many tickets are simply echoed back to us without any real resolution or insight.Even more troubling: numerous tickets have gone completely unanswered. This leaves us in a very difficult position with our clients. We’re constantly assuring them that any issues will be resolved within 3–5 working days — because that’s the standard we expect from Google. But in reality, we often wait much longer, or get no response at all, which damages our reputation and credibility as a certified partner. The lack of follow-through and accountability from Google Ads support is honestly humiliating. We’ve had to chase down escalations for basic technical problems or policy clarifications that should’ve been resolved in one call or email. For a company of Google’s scale — and for those of us who are investing in and promoting your ecosystem — this level of support is unacceptable. Things need to change. We want to work with Google, not feel like we’re battling its own internal systems just to do our jobs.
