I was temporarily banned for "going too fast". I thought this would last only for 24 - 48 hours but it has been several days since this "temporary" ban has been put in place. I get that FaceBook has this policy to prevent spammers or other malcontents from using the site but there is no reason why I should have been penalized when all I was guilty of was "going too fast" when it came to trying to access an account that I forgot the password of.
