What a waste of time and money, I've lost my money due to this scam. Can't withdraw my funds and can't even access the KYC to verify myself yet I verified myself when I first joined a few years ago. Nasty people behind this. Conning people. The amount of negative reviews here too is shocking, thought it was a better company than is made out to be. Especially being registered on TradingView.

First of all, thank you. I had a very easy buying experience and although my order was shipped standard, it arrived very quickly. I had an issue during ordering applying my coupon code but wanted to place my order before it sold out. I contacted Customer Service, not once was put on hold, and spoke with Rachael. She was very friendly, polite and was incredibly helpful in taking care of my request. I have worked in customer service so I understand how stressful this position can be. So I wanted to personally thank her for making my experience more than exceptional. I appreciate it.

tiktok support is a JOKE. they NEVER get back to you. my account was hacked and they changed ALL of my information but my username so i cannot get back into it. they keep ordering from the tiktok shop probably with stolen cards because my card was never connected on there. i report the account for impersonating me and for fraud and they keep closing my reports and not doing anything about it. i’m getting really sick of this and i’m on the verge of suing this stupid app! this is ridiculous

I spoke to her on Friday and she was brilliant at understanding my situation (I do not have the most straight forward business model) and resolving the issue I had, which was pretty involved. She sorted it methodically and so I could understand what was happening. An indispensible member of staff! Well done!

I had an LG G5 awhile back and love it... until the processor crapped out one day and I lost everything and had to buy a new phone. I waited a few years hoping LG would improve their mobile phone and decided to get the V30. All seemed great when I first got it and then less than 2 months in starting having issues with applications crashing, text messages not downloading, wifi and bluetooth being unable to connect, etc... I took it to AT&T and they took a look and said I would need to call LG warranty to troubleshoot as these were issues with the phone itself not the network/AT&T service. I talked to LG and was walked through a few troubleshootings. Finally having to reluctantly factory reset the phone and basically start all over again. The phone seemed to do better for a few months but again started with the same issues. When I called LG back the next step was of course to send my phone in for service which we all understand. However, please be aware that LG's idea of good customer service is having you ship the product via ground shipping to them and they will ground ship back upon repair.... So all in all they state expected 2 weeks without a phone.... Crazy right? All other carriers i have dealt with have either a store I can go to and have it fixed in person or at least have the decency to cover 2 day shipping for you. LG... no such budge. Even their service technician i spoke to agreed it was not a good service policy, but he could do nothing for me. Not only have I had recurring issues with their phones, but had i known their stance on customer service i certainly would not have bought a product from them in the first place.... Just something to keep in mind if anything ever goes wrong with one of their products.

We closed our Shopify account over 18 months ago and they continue to deduct from my credit card. We have contacted support numerous times, they say they will look into it and get back to us, they never get back to us. Never, they do not do anything. Their support is completely non-responsive. I understand Shopify is huge but to me they behave like a crooked backyard operation.

Half of the review will have nothing to do with the company but more about my current situation.I have a grandma that is very sick and can barely walk and needs constant medical attention. She has two children that refuse to help or take care of her, and I didn't want to see her suffer more than she needs, so I took her care into my hands. I had to quit my job to help her out, and my own financial situation is the worst it has ever been.This morning I woke up, and saw that I've got an email about an outstanding bill of 171€ that I had to pay.Once I saw that, I thought that's going to be it, I'll have to sell a kidney or go stealing to pay this off.I've tried cancelling the account and closing the shop from my side, but it didn't help, so I thought that's it for me.I've contacted the support, and an angel named April came to assist me. She was very understanding listened me out, and helped with closing the shop and got rid of the bill.I can't express how much this means to me right now, I'm literally in tears while writing this...Thank you so much for the amazing support experience and exceptional support!
