They used to be good, but have lost it. There are much better options out there.- They got hacked and everyones data was compromised and in some cases lost- They have MAJOR deliverability issues with email notifications, which they refuse to accept and address. This causes big problems because 1. you don't get informed of form submissions consistently meaning you miss leads/enquiries and 2. customers don't receive email confirmations which makes you look unprofessional- It's extremely expensive. Their prices/packages have changed several times and they almost force you to upgrade to extortionate monthly/yearly fees for the most basic features!- Their forms don't perform very well on mobile devices and we all know that the majority of traffic these days is mobile.- Numerous errors. The forms often go offline and there is issues with viewing and downloading the results of your forms if there is a large volume of data. They don't update their service status page with this, they just hope no one notices- Support is useless. Their support staff can only support you at a very basic level. If your problem doesn't fit one of their canned responses, they get confused very easily. Support is very frustrating.I used to feel loyal to this company, being a young tech start-up, but something has changed at Typeform. They are no longer customer focused. Presumably too many greedy investors trying to squeeze money out of it. RIP Typeform, it was good while it lasted :-(

I drove into central London on two occasions, paid both congestion and ULEZ charges. Now I have a fine through the post of £90. Upon discussing this with 4 people from TFL, it seems on one day, I paid for the wrong day, one day ahead. Now I'm hit with an extortionate £90 fine and I cannot get the day I paid for refunded. So they take my money when I dont go into london, bypass my honest mistake and fine me anyway.They say on the phone that they provide a friendly, helpful service and won't tollorate any abuse. I personally can't think of anything els they deserve more.London it seems is designed to strip you of any money. What an embarrassment to the British public.Ways to improve? Actually use the rip off fines to pay for better car parking, cctv, bus and rail services as they're all lacking.

The worst ever on Earth!!!! You have to wait 45 minutes for a train, almost every week there are problems!!! So so expensive and so s***!!!! It’s frustrating every morning! During weekends they sometimes are out of service!!! More often recently! It’s disgusting!

Shout out to Pratt Modular Homes in Tyler, Texas. They sell excellent quality homes which my husband and I fell in love with. We put down a deposit and due to COVID and other circumstances, we had to pull out of the contract. Pratt Homes were honest and gracious in working out a fair agreement for both parties If we have an occasion to purchase a modular home, we would definitely return to Pratt Homes. In these crazy times that we live in, Thank God there are still some honest people in the world.

Signed up with monthly billing. Checked the day before my trial ended to make sure, and it said I was going to be charged $39 for one month. Instead, they tried to charge me for a whole year. I contacted support via chat (the ONLY option), and they said they were going to escalate it to billing, as they're the only ones who can help me. Claimed billing would email me to fix the issue. It has been a week now, and billing has still not reached out. In the meantime, they keep trying to charge me for a full year every two days. There is no way to get ahold of billing directly - you have to go through the abysmal chat support, who keeps telling me the exact same thing. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience.
