Signed up with monthly billing. Checked the day before my trial ended to make sure, and it said I was going to be charged $39 for one month. Instead, they tried to charge me for a whole year. I contacted support via chat (the ONLY option), and they said they were going to escalate it to billing, as they're the only ones who can help me. Claimed billing would email me to fix the issue. It has been a week now, and billing has still not reached out. In the meantime, they keep trying to charge me for a full year every two days. There is no way to get ahold of billing directly - you have to go through the abysmal chat support, who keeps telling me the exact same thing. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience.
