Due to a technical issue, we were unable to resubscribe to QuickBooks and only had read-only access. After numerous calls and requests to fix the issue, Glenda was appointed to our case. She was absolutely fantastic. This was no doubt an unusual case, but she swiftly escalated and resolved the issue. We're now back up and running.
