VRBO allowed a drug addict psychopath to get past their screenings. He threatened the safety of my family and told us to leave his property when we complained about the lies in his listing.VRBO phoned and confirmed what happened with the landlord and told me they would give me a refund. After 4 weeks of fighting with them they have told me they will not refund my money.Worst company, worst customer service. Use any other company other than these scammers and charlatans.
