Booked an event through this company as part of celebrations for my wife’s 50th. Got to the venue and there was no event even scheduled. Avoid this company at all costs. It’s a cliche but no stars would be too many. Had to go to credit card company to get money back.

My wife and I were on a delayed Emirates flight from London Gatwick which resulted in us missing our connecting flight to Bangkok, The ground staff on arrival at Dubai could not have been more helpfull, they had already prepared a hotel for what was now a 10 hour delay along with transport from the airport, in less than an hour we were in the hotel. UK / EU law stipulates 520 pounds as compensation for such delays, Emirates processed our claim forms speedily and promply paid the money into our account. In a time when its seems every issue with an airline ends up in a protracted fight over any issue, Emirates acted in the most proffessional and courteous way possible and deserve our written appreciation for their actions both during the delay and in handling the claim issue afterwards.

First off, I'll never use these again.My experience: So after looking for quite a few weeks we eventually found an apartment in Tenerife that suited our needs. We booked this a few months ago, and paid in full, booked our flights, booked the holidays in at work so all good, until out of nowhere i get an email saying "Booking cancellation for apartments ......." Your booking has been successfully cancelled for free. Dear Mr......We can confirm that your reservation at A..... FAMILY APARTMENT .... has been cancelled. You don’t need to take further action, but if you have any queries for the property, their contact details are: 000 Just so you know, cancellation fees are taken from what you’ve already paid. If a refund is due, it’s now being processed automatically – you'll get it within 7-12 daysTrying to contact these imbeciles is a story for another day. I was absolutely fuming. No contact, no pre waring, just told double booked, you're out. I managed to contact the lady who owned the apartments and she was really nice. She explained that it had taken her 2 hours to get through to Booking.com who told her they'd spoken to myself and I was happy to cancel. ALL LIES. No one from there spoke or contacted me. She says they do this all the time and cause headaches. So not only did they cancel, but I have to wait for my money back.Be aware people, these don't give a sh!t about you or your holidays.

It was good until the past 5-10 years or so. Now, I no longer trust its news output after the way it has reported events in Israel/Gaza and the biased reporting of domestic events. I cancelled my license 3 years ago and made better use of the £400 I've saved. The quality of their shows is dire. I have no idea how they manage to consistently waste so much money on low-quality programmes. They should cut out sports and banal entertainment shows. There is also a lack of comedy shows. The BBC had its hey day in the 1990s and 2000s.

Signed up to watch my small school alma mater, so far on the two games broadcast one was "Technical Difficulties" so I could not view and the one that is supposed t6o air now says "Game has not yet begun" while Gamecast is pumping away plays at the start of the second quarter and the ads seem to have started just fine

I cant believe a family name like Disney is in charge of this fraudulent network. Nowhere does it say that ESPN and ESPN+ are two different entities. I'm assuming- ig that when I downloaded the ESPN app and it took me to ESPN+ to purchase a sub that I was subbing to ESPN'S streaming service not to some sucker you in for $5.99 streaming service. Disney is known for selling fantasies so I guess I shoildnt be all that surprised. Don't waste your money

I got my money stolen by bol.com and i was threaten by customer support on the phone , that if i call again they would be never returned back to me.Three days ago i executed an order with my wife , order was paused and money were seized , they said that money would be back in our account IN MAXIMUM 4 HOURS , i have called millions of times and this today , some minutes ago they threatened me that each time i am calling and asking where my money is they are resetting my case.As she said ' normally in two business days money would be back in your account , but since you are calling again and again we are resetting your case that would lead to you will never get your money back 'This is a theft!They are keeping my money and they are forcing me not to talk with the customer support because they would keep them forever!Its a shame.

On Tuesday, October 29th my two children, ages 20 and 18 were in Boise, ID for a concert. After the concert they discovered that their keys fell out of their pocket and was somewhere in the venue. After they and the staff of the venue looked and looked but were not able to find the keys. At midnight the venue closed and they were thrown out on the street in a not so nice location of town. I instructed them to call AAA because my 18 year old is on my AAA account. They were told by AAA that no one could come out to tow the car because the registered owner of the vehicle, me was not with the vehicle. So I called AAA and explained to them that I was 60 miles away in Vale, OR but they would not go and help. Why the hell would an 18 year old kid be listed as a registered owner of the vehicle. My kids were left on the street, in the cold, in a scary part of town, in the middle of the night. My youngest son is on the policy. All that the AAA operator had to do was to look up my policy to see that he was on there and instruct the tow truck driver to check my son's license. Why the hell did I spend $100 on a useless membership.

I get an occasional subscription to keep up to date but the inability to get cancellations processed well means I just can't waste the effort on this any more. The number on the email sent when I first tried to cancel has you on perpetual hold. If you go to your account, the phone number at the top is different and to be fair that worked first time. No idea why there are 2 numbers, one redundant except to try and lose customers' goodwill. Makes no sense.Then I phoned in a cancellation and it wasn't processed properly so continued to pay. Finally sorted by accessing my account and using the number there, advisor really helpful though I had to push to get a full refund, and am promised a refund for the 2 months I didn't want it. We will see.

Lyft or it's the drivers are snakes they have people watching you where you're drop off at,there has been several occasions when I arrive somewhere someone is standing around suspiciously, or a car will pull up 1 minute after I have arrive at my drop off, since Lyft knows where you're going they have their people go to the dropoff and some of the drivers are nosey asking where you're where you're going , they don't need to know anything about me just do your job. Don't disclose personal information about your self. I can respect you but I don't have to trust you 💯.

Excellent journalism with the Economist magazine, but their customer service is rotten to the core.Instead of sharing a subscription with a friend, I recently tried to purchase my own subscription, but was unable to do so due to woeful customer service from their subscription team.After lodging a complaint, I was offered an attractive 12 month print and digital subscription.I accepted this offer by email— but I’ve been unable to proceed further because of completely incompetent service; and failure by The Economist to reply to my communications .And a further “cut and paste” type apology is meaningless. And insulting. Not to mention time wasting. I simply wanted to implement the print and digital offer, on the terms agreed in writing.
