Canva has the worst client support - period. I have emailed repeatedly for help to only get a question 24 hours later every single time. I send screen shots, step by step of what I have done to get another flip question as is I never sent in all that documentation. If you need zero help this tool might be for you otherwise I cannot recommend Canva. I'm still trying to get one question answered a month later.

Horrendous QC from the Singapore online store. The returns were equally tedious, making the customer do all the paperwork. After dropping the shoes off at my designated physical store and emailing the customer service officer who has been handling my case, she emails me 2 days later asking me if I have dropped off my shoes for a return. Am I starring in a reprise of Groundhog’s Day? Somebody give this lady by the name of Shiela an award for being the most clueless customer service person ever. I was never an adidas user but now I just know I willnever be. It’s one thing to overlook your QC but another to continue to inconvenience your customer and using empty words that promise but does nothing in real life. Sucky sucky sucky.

I would give zero stars but is not possible.Avoid at all costs.I ordered a large Lego set as my daughters main birthday gift. Ordered 09/02/21 for birthday 21/02. Still not received, emails not answered. Absolutely shocked and disgusted with my first and last experience of using the Lego website. One very disappointed little girl on her birthday morning.There was no indication on ordering of a delay, and I received an email 12/02 to say my order has been dispatched! Avoid at all costs.Have had to raise a charge back of the payment with my bank. But will have to wait 6 weeks to receive my money back!!!So annoying as I could have bought the same set from Argos at the same price and collected it the next day.

I do not recommend anyone to buy electronic devices from Bol.com. I bought a laptop, received the device with several defects, and sent the laptop back the same day. The company did not refund my money or the laptop. I have been waiting for a solution to the problem for 40 days.

Bought a computer with an extended warranty and returned the computer immediately because it didn't work. Tried to get a refund of 179.99 for my extended warranty and told me I'd get a full refund since the computer had been returned. They only refunded me 25.00 on the extended warranty. Beware - these people will rip you off. Never use Best Buy.

Automatic payment taken from Paypal account without notification and warning of it taking place until after it happened. Contacted Parallels Support straight away got a reply a day later from their Customer Support Engineer requesting further details and documentary proof which has now been sent twice. still waiting a week later on a reply and the refund being paid back to my account. At same time contacted Paypal to raise an objection Paypal has refused to refund escalated to an appeal and waiting on a reply. Further email sent to same Customer Support Engineer this morning also awaiting reply.Update: email requests to Parallels ignored no response from the company and Paypal refused refund found in favour of the business despite no notification being about to be taken until after it happened if I could would rate this as zero stars. advise others to be careful of this business and their practices.

We have around 1800 HP computers. We have several dozen waiting months for warranty repair. Some go back almost a full year (11 months). They sometimes use an outside company (Hemmersbach) to do their repairs but randomly they close tickets and don't show up. Buy anything else as HP is a fraud company!

Terrible! Called cancelled my card. Confirmed I was 100% paid off with the employee on the phone. Fast forward 4 months and I get a call saying I owe $135.$115 of which are late fees. They are not refunding me and said they will continue reporting to the credit bureau… what holds companies responsible like this? Will never recommend American Express to anyone.
