Review of Microsoft
I Just Think It Is Contemptible That Microsoft Makes It So Very Difficult To Switch From Edge to Google Chrome.I Am Editing This Review To Include; The Fear and Desperation Exhibited by Microsoft in Sabotaging the Use of Google Chrome is Mind Boggling To Me.
Review of mastercard
Australia Post Mastercard prepaid gift card.I have just purchased 34 mastercard giftcards ($6400 worth) with "online management" The online management is a failure with the constant "We couldn't verify your details. Check your details and try again."I am unable to now track any spending and Mastercard support can only say, try again in a few days! I wish I had never purchased these.

Review of amazon
I have bought Amazon Prime for years at £8.99 per month. They promise next day delivery, quality prime movies and music. Now the music is none existent, I pay an extra £4.99 per month extra for this. Now my grievance with Amazon is, hardly any of the prime programs are free - even on the channel dedicated to prime! No you access a program or movie and are asked to take a free 7 day trial and a screen pops up to take your payment?? Hey haven't I already paid?? No - they even allow free access to a series and then bam, we want money. An example, murder on a cruise ship. In my opinion Amazon are ready grabbers, taking advantage of loyal customers, who they seem to think are as thick as two short planks - do you have prime, are you thick, I doubt it. I wrote to Amazon before coming on here and I got blar, blar, blar, we will send you £8.99 (no idea why) - did Amazon send it - you got it No!! Serious Amazon, give your customers what you promise, stop putting series on, then asking for more money - in my opinion stop extorting your customer - but hey how the hell are you going to make your billions? I'm no longer stupid or being exploited - bye Amazon prime!
Review of zoom
I too have had NO customer service. I called last Friday (it’s now Tuesday) because their website would not complete my transaction to upgrade my new ZOOM account to the Pro package. I tried 3 times, same problem. When I called the customer service number, I got an answering service who said someone would get back to me. I was trying to pay their annual fee. I received an email Friday night, no phone call, answered the questions and...nothing. I emailed back 6 times throughout the weekend...again nothing. This company has no customer service! NONE! Just an answering service, it appears. I was going to try to call again tomorrow but after reading all these reviews I don’t plan on paying for any “upgrade”. Will find another service because ZOOM is not zooming in the customer service department even when I was trying to give them money! 🙄
Review of zoom
Their VOIP phone system is absolutely horrible if you are a small business. First off they said it would be easy to set up their phone system (since we would have to do it ourselves) and it wasn't at all easy even for someone with decent tech skills--I am an engineer and even build my own computers from scratch just to help you understand that I am not a luddite--it took me about 50 hours to set up our phone system. I first had to figure out what I thought I needed and then search in their search bar for those topics. The search bar would then direct me to "articles" that seemed to fit. I would have to search through those articles, all the while having to look up the definitions of the telecommunications jargon that pops up everywhere, to find the ones that were applicable to my situation. Then read those articles to sort out what I needed to do. There was no start-to-finish, "how to set up your zoom phones" manual or tutorial that just walked me through what I needed.Secondly, you have to pay more to get even the most basic support, and I don't even mean support like, "how do I do this or that".But support to help us with problems on THEIR end. Our phone system literally went down one day, meaning we couldn't make or receive calls. We couldn't reach anyone at Zoom by call, text, chat, nothing to even tell us why our phones were NOT WORKING or even tell them THAT our phones were not working. We literally had to upgrade our service on an emergency basis to even talk to someone about the fact the the phone system WASN'T WORKING at all. Sometimes the phones also just do random things by themselves. An example, I came in one morning to find just one of the phones on some kind of auto forwarding so it couldn't receive any calls. I tried to fix it by going through the various menu options on the phone, to no avail--clicking on the "forwarding" option did not lead to any menu options to stop the forwarding. When I had used the phone the previous day it was fine. I was the last person to use it. I made no changes to it. It just started auto forwarding on it's own. This happened again randomly over the months to other phones and sometimes when you would go to the "forwarding" menu option you could find an option to stop the forwarding--but that option was not always there and it never did show up on the first phone that had this problem. As far as I am concerned, this isn't something that I did wrong or something having to do with my level of knowledge but something random that just happened, something wrong with the phone or the system; something I should be able to talk to someone about so I can get it fixed. Forget about it, ain't going to happen. You are quite literally on your own. The last straw was today, we needed to get on to the "manage system phones" link on the online portal that we had always used to make changes to our auto-receptionist. Lo-and-behold the link was no longer on their website. It was just gone. No reference to any "manage system phone" no reference to "auto receptionist"--just gone. We had no way to get to the auto receptionist settings to make a critical change--ie our internet was down so we needed to change our greeting to let clients know we wouldn't be able to receive calls but WE COULDN'T BECAUSE THEY CHANGED THE WEBSITE AND THE LINK WAS GONE. Once again, cannot talk to anyone, chat with anyone, text anyone to even find out how to get to the auto-receptionist settings. Found an article that said to go to the online portal and click "phone system management" which is exactly the thing that was no longer on their online portal. We are so done with Zoom, not only was the sales person in the very beginning dishonest with us about the ease of setting up the system but you can't get support for problems that are THEIR FAULT. It is truly messed up.
Review of evernote
Only 3 stars from me. Evernote is great software, I love the way things are laid out, I don't use it to its full potential as I simply have no need to, however it is a great way of arranging notes and documents. The user interface is superior to Onenote and it is more visually pleasing, however the way subscriptions work, does not work for me.I basically do not use the syncing service at all, all the notebooks I create are created as local notebooks, however, unless I were to pay a subscription, if the internet goes down, I have no access to these notebooks. This is a backward way of doing things, it would be much better to have no free options available for using the syncing services and charge for this, rather than charge for offline access, though of course I am bias in this matter as that is what I want.If there were a one off charge version for offline use only, I would most likely buy it, but I'm simply not prepared to pay a subscription for offline use, especially given I do not use the syncing services. One thing that has been letting it down in recent versions, is the import folders, it simply isn't detecting everything that is placed into import folders and in particular PDF files. I have tried re adding the import folder several times to no avail. It also tends to freeze and crash when emptying the trash if there is a large quantity of items in it.I've never really had the need for the support service, but can see from other reviews it is under par regardless of whether you pay a subscription. If they ever decide to sale an offline only version with a one off charge, I will mostly like buy it and revisit this review at a later stage.
Review of eBay
Ebay refused to release funds after restricted my account. Stating I'm a risk to the community. Provided them with a invoice from a authorized dealer in panini. They claimed they weren't. Then they told me that my funds were being sent to my local authorities to claim through them. That it will take more then 2 years to recover my funds. I canceled all my pending orders and attempted to close my account. As a result I got over ten negative feedback going from top rated seller 100% positive feedback to 97% positive feedback. I get it my customers were disappointed but I'm not going to give 20 grand of product away just to have too wait over two years to get my funds. Ebay is the worst selling platform I ever used ever afford at all cost!!!!!!!
Review of capitalone
First of all, I’ve had a Capital One card for 8 years and in that time they’ve granted me one measly credit line increase, with numerous requests prior and after. I have never been late or missed a payment with them (or the 9 other cards I carry all with 8-10 times the credit limit) and my score is an average of 810. I contacted their Customer Service number about converting my Quick Silver Master Card to a Cabelas Card without doing a hard inquiry. Something I already know they CAN do. The rep was rude and condescending and said “my account is not eligible for a change at this time”. I said why not? She repeated the same thing, like a robot, each time treating me (the customer) more rudely each time. Discover and AMEX all have excellent customer service and actually value their customers. That being said, I’m closing this account and would NEVER carry or recommend Capital One for anyone!
Review of com
Their Mudgee store ordered a new iPhone for me, and on the day I had an appt. to pick it up, they rang to say they'd sold it to someone else and what did I want them to do about it? I was supposed to get a new one but of course I never heard from them again!! Complained to CEO's office for that and other rotten aspects of their service, and didn't even get a response. Not enough competition and regulation in Aust. They are a poor, expensive service; they don't care because they can keep getting away with it!Oh, and if you have the Telstra App. and travel...even with data roaming OFF, and foreign SIM, they charge you $10 a day unless you disable some default charge embedded into the App. which you didn't even now existed and is so hard to find when you find out. CORPORATE DECEIT.
