Evan the employee at Guitar Center was excellent, there was a problem with my order that was not his or the company’s fault but he helped in every way he could. I wasn’t able to get exact item but that was on the vendor, Guitar Center was great to deal with and this employee again went out of his way to ensure I got my son the best gift I could afford. I appreciate them and recommend this store in Rockford to anyone. Thanks again

They are a giant in this industry and deliver emails pretty good, but sometimes emails wind up in the spam folder for no good reason at all. Guess it's probably only so much they can control there. But although they're a the top of this field, there are more affordable email management options that can do an equal or better job. So my advice is not to get caught up by big names and do some research on other companies too in order t find the best most affordable solution for you.

customer service? awful. absolutely awful. ordered the “car thing” from their website, with an insignificant address on accident. their response was basically “here’s the tracking number. deal with it yourself.” and refused to help me figure out the shipping.

if I could give it 0 stars I would. Expedia, PLEASE DONT RUIN YOUR REPUTATION ON VRBO!!!!!!!! First of all, DON'T PLACE YOUR ORDER ON EXPEDIA. THEY WON'T SYNC YOUR ORDER TO VRBO! Placed an order for 51 nights total worth over $15000 dollars. The host called and said the property was no longer available and I needed to ask vrbo for a full refund. Called 3-4 times. They won't do anything to cancel the order and yet 1 customer service told me that my order is non-refundable. The only way to get my money back is to contact the host to ask them for a refund. To me, this is pure fraud already. I paid all the money, I didn't get what I reserved. Vrbo lacks control over their host, their customer service replied to several of my questions with all CAPS letters too.
