When you are told that a signature is required for a shipment, do you or do you not make arrangements to be at the delivery address? Correct, you do. Then when you are told that no one was at the delivery address, do you or do you not see RED ? Correct, you do. Then when you try to get in touch with customer service, what do you get ? Correct **** all. Day 2 of waiting in for said parcel. I will keep you informed about this bunch of losers.
