Expedia is a complete scam when it comes to customer service. You’d think booking through a major platform would give you some level of protection—but the truth is, they only care about the hotels, not the customers.We arrived at our hotel to find black mould in the shower, unknown substances smeared on the walls, and blood-stained sheets. The place was completely unfit for anyone to stay in. Naturally, we reached out to Expedia, thinking they would stand behind their customers. We couldn’t have been more wrong.Their customer service is completely outsourced overseas, and not a single person actually read our emails or took the complaint seriously. They kept giving us scripted responses, making it seem like they were looking into a refund—only to eventually come back and say:"Sorry, we couldn't contact the hotel, so we can't help you."So, according to Expedia, black mould, filth, and blood-stained sheets are completely acceptable conditions for their customers. They take no responsibility for the properties they list and offer zero actual support when something goes wrong.It’s disgusting that a company this big can continue operating like this. If something goes wrong with your booking, Expedia will abandon you. They’re happy to take your money, but the moment you need help, you’re on your own.Do NOT book through Expedia. They will not protect you. Book directly with hotels or through a company that actually values its customers.

Its gotten worse...Some people that have sent me files reported seeing ads including pop-ups. Last week I was able to receive the files OK while blocking some ad sites, but today when I tried to receive ANY file from a link I always get a "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).". This site is not unusable for me.

Not Sure whats happening here but i woke up this morning to this terrible update. It quite simply does my head in to even look at it. Its messy , fonts are crap , to much info trying to be squeezed into the one space.. My 9yo with his crayons could do a better job. How about offsetting the wanc with a quality update.

I recommend that no business ever uses yelp ads or yelp upgrade package. I was talked into a trial version which I cancelled online before the deadline and they said they didn't have proof of me cancelling the whole package. After being billed $180 for nothing I cancelled again by phone and online and received confirmation. Today, a month later I see another $69 was charged to my account. It is a all a trick to take your money and since you do everything online it is difficult and time consuming to fight them. I am currently on hold while I'm writing this. I give yelp negative 5 stars.

I purchased some cards which I’m using for Christmas cards. The cards were not what I expected. Apparently Fine Art America prints and fold the cards themselves. I loved the graphic design that the artist did. The colors were dull, darker than I expected, and not folded correctly. I’m very disappointed.
