never again..........

booked a villa in turkey for next year with vrbo, paid in full £2249, they then said dates unavailable, so we cancelled the payment, was refunded £2091.....for 20 minute booking. Phoned them 3 times cant get any sense at all from them. Stay clear.

Bad customer service

I am a regular customer of Pandora,,,, every occasion i bought gifts for my friends from there. but very disappointed this time , bought bracelet for my friend on her anniversary last october and it broke, today i went to manukau store because it still in the warranty but manager sitting in the office, refused it. Never going to pandora back… Really disappointed

We recently had a change in personnel and was unable to access our account. I reached out to Keap for assistance and spoke with Mark. We were able to find our account. I wasn't able to change the password at that time to access the account so, Mark created a recording with screenshots to show me how to proceed when I finally do get in. He went above and beyond and I am grateful that he was able to assist.

Last few days the website does not work…

Last few days the website does not work during trading hours (at India IST 9.15am to 3.30pm). I was totally relaying on the Investing.com and had marked all Resistance and support levels. Today whole day I am not able to see the website working. As a result, could not trade. May be due server may not taking the increased load from India. Hope necessary action will be taken.regards,N. There is no tracking on deliveries. The customer service has no information about delivery, just a one line statement goods in delivery truck will reach by 9pm.Our goods are in the delivery truck since last 3 days for a within the city delivery.Worst customer service, avoid buying any product which you cannot carry with you from the checkout counter.

This place is amazing they make the best Indian food and the prices are unbelievable. The Nan is actual Nan I not stupid store bought crappy bread. Every dish has its own unique flavor and delicious tastes. I can not think of a single flaw the portions are huge its fresh its flavorful the staff are outstanding and friendly and like I said the prices are better than anywhere I can think of if you live in calgary or are visiting if your family from abroad come here this is a must its simply the best hands down I love it thank you spice hut

I misguidedly trusted a Forbes.com recommendation

I misguidedly trusted Forbes.com reviews when it came to buying a primary care travel insurance policy for a long term trip, only to find that Travel Guard whom they ranked in their top 2, is awful, and that the AIG policy they sold me is a lemon. Over 2 weeks have gone by and not a single response from AIG for the claim that I sent, and when I called their 24/7 line, received a message saying call after 8.30am EST! When I called someone not from the East Coast told me their claims are taking longer than 15 business days due to high volume, but they promised a 10-15 day turnaround. I am now stuck with medical bills that were supposed to have been paid, wondering how long this will all take, and incorrect information about the help I should receive.

Fedex lose parcels and then have no way of knowing where it is

Fedex a) don't take photos as proof of delivery. b) don't take signatures as proof of delivery. This means when they "lose" a parcel worth thousands of pounds you're met with "have you checked the bins" and no accountability whatsoever. They produce a PDF document as proof of delivery without taking a signature. Never ever use Fedex.

I've been using the Fool for quite a few years, and I receive really good information I need, to make good judgment in my investments. I also use other periodicals, and other subscription sites. But I really respect what the Fool offers. Love their honesty on investing. Now retired, I pretty much have my investments being completed. Other words, I don't churn my investments, more of buying and hanging on to them as long term. Really haven't changed much in my investments now in several years, but still use the Fool for any Information on my present portfolio.
