Wonderful experience with the support…

Wonderful experience with the support of mega. I recently had a issue with logging in to mega as I had lost my recovery key when I changed my phone and lost almost all of the data. I mailed the mega support and they were helpful in guiding and helping me to get access to my data.

I ordered from door dash with my online account

I ordered from door dash with my correct address but somehow it got delivered to another address and Door Dash only compensated me $9 for a $26 order I placed. The customer service wasn't helpful at all. They kept saying I intentionaly sent my food to another address, that I've never seen of or heard of. The address was also 34 miles from my house in a shady looking area. I believe that ordering on Door Dash is not a secure site and that scams are occuring. Don't use them.

Door dash was good when I started…

Door dash was good when I started working for them but in the restaurant have many Gays mens so when they tried to get the attention different way I was telling them I was here or there to work and they blocked me for working because I didn't want to talk to them you people can see what they trying to control everything even when you're child just see the new about the right they want to put their own law what about human rights they forgot lol

Review of vodafone

Absolutely fraudulent company

Absolutely fraudulent company. We signed a contract with them and couldn't break it for 8 years! For 8 years, Vodafone deceived us and stole our money. The monthly amounts NEVER matched the amounts in the contract. The customer support doesn't work at all. All Vodafone cares about is how to steal more of your money and how not to let you break the contract with them. Take care of yourself, never get involved with Vodafone scammers.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered my furniture on October 4th and was told it would be here by 12/12. I had received NO communication from them leading up to 12/12 about the status of my order. When I called, they told me everything was in the warehouse and they were waiting on one piece. I called back on 12/18 and was told that there are now 4 pieces missing and they won't be in until 1/6/21. This is the WORST communication I have ever experienced and the WORST customer service I have every experienced. Every time I call there is always a different answer to my questions. I have been waiting on furniture since October and this is UNACCEPTABLE. Macy's will NEVER get money from me again!!!!

I ordered a Christmas present Nike…

I ordered a Christmas present Nike sweatshirt on December 7th for my grandson.should been delivered on the 10th of December.On the 11th I received a message saying they no longer had the sweater. I called Macy's they reordered it on the 11 Express shipment in another color with the same message Mary Christmas which she spelled wrong. today is the 16th I still have not received the Nike sweater.I called Macy's three times to find out where it was at what happened to it.First time a supervisor kept me on hold for 30 minutes then hung up.literally just got off the phone with another supervisor she said she it's been sitting in Columbus for a day.She don't know when it was going to be delivered.Keep in mind this is supposed to be an Express ship on Dec14th terrible just .I will never order anything else from Macy's.Don't no when my grandson will get his Xmas present.

I'm laughing at how bad the reviews are…

I'm laughing at how bad the reviews are here. I thought it was bad but didn't realise they are that consistently awful. I ordered a mobile phone from Lenovo (Moto G30). The delivery went wrong and UPS lost the package. I tried to call Lenovo customer service and after a brief conversation where they took down my details, the call abruptly disconnected. I called again and another worker answered. After repeating the process the call ended, again. I have a suspicion that the workers were ending the calls because there is no other logical explanation. I emailed UPS and Lenovo extensively and I did finally get a refund, so I'll give them 2 stars instead of 1. But still very disappointing, wasted a lot of my time, and that phone call thing is kind of fishy.

Speedy resolution.

I wanted to cancel a monthly subscription ( by continuous direct debit )and, having had a nightmare with another company over this recently, I was dreading it. Change.org were great. My emails were answered extremely promptly and politely. The issue was very swiftly resolved. A refund was back in my account the next morning.

Rude and discourteous service.

The woman, who was elderly and wearing glasses, was rude and aggressive when I asked for a veggie breakfast and was downright miserable. I came to the till, the chef Dave, who was nice actually came out to ask me what I wanted and told me there was a table ready which I appreciated. The woman on the other hand didn't even look at me but just started writing my order. When I was momentarily distracted, she didn't have the manners to even say, "Excuse me love/sir, but that's six pounds please", instead I got "SIX QUID" repeated at me three times in a snappy aggressive way. Anyway, I sat down to wait for breakfast and sure enough the woman comes out from the kitchen area with the food; before I even received the plate she just snaps "HOT". Conversely, she could have politely said "Careful love/sir, the food is rather hot", or something said in a way that demonstrates she actually wanted me to stay and eat in.I used to be a regular customer of this cafe; sadly I won't be going in there again.

To sum up Google's customer service...

I would like to sum up Google's customer service with some advice, should you ever need help with your Google account. Go out into the street, find the nearest dog turd, and ask that. It'll not only save you time but you'll get a better response.
