I'm laughing at how bad the reviews are…

I'm laughing at how bad the reviews are here. I thought it was bad but didn't realise they are that consistently awful. I ordered a mobile phone from Lenovo (Moto G30). The delivery went wrong and UPS lost the package. I tried to call Lenovo customer service and after a brief conversation where they took down my details, the call abruptly disconnected. I called again and another worker answered. After repeating the process the call ended, again. I have a suspicion that the workers were ending the calls because there is no other logical explanation. I emailed UPS and Lenovo extensively and I did finally get a refund, so I'll give them 2 stars instead of 1. But still very disappointing, wasted a lot of my time, and that phone call thing is kind of fishy.
