POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered my furniture on October 4th and was told it would be here by 12/12. I had received NO communication from them leading up to 12/12 about the status of my order. When I called, they told me everything was in the warehouse and they were waiting on one piece. I called back on 12/18 and was told that there are now 4 pieces missing and they won't be in until 1/6/21. This is the WORST communication I have ever experienced and the WORST customer service I have every experienced. Every time I call there is always a different answer to my questions. I have been waiting on furniture since October and this is UNACCEPTABLE. Macy's will NEVER get money from me again!!!!
