Review of getresponse
GetResponse does have a support team, yes. But only a handful of the members are truly supporting, or at least understanding - Przemek and Gertrude, I like. The rest of them are unempathetic. Expect no support from any, just a thread of emails/texts.
Review of dsw
Such great customer service! My husband went into our Evansville, Indiana DSW looking for a certain brand, but needed it in a wide which the store didn’t have. The girl there jumped on her computer, found what he wanted, placed the order and it took minutes. Also, the updates via email, every step of the way. So thankful to get fabulous service, especially when we have not experienced that as of late, elsewhere of course. Thank you, DSW.

Ever since trump's pick of DeJoy the postal service has gone downhill. It was supposed to get better. Things that I used to get in three days now take weeks, literally. I've had mail returned to Social Security, my local county official mail. I've also had to pay late fees for bills that never have shown up. This is horrible and needs to improve. Are they trying to force it to privatize so some inflated corporation can take it over?
Review of preply
I was using Preply in good faith as a student, with an active subscription and regular lessons in preparation for an important exam. Nine days ago, my account was suddenly deactivated without any warning, explanation, or opportunity to clarify my situation. I was labeled as “fraudulent,” despite using the platform legitimately and funding everything out of my own pocket.I still had funds in my account when I was locked out, and my access was completely revoked as if none of my history or payments mattered. I contacted support multiple times but received no proper response or resolution. To add context: at one point, I noticed a system error that unintentionally credited my account. I immediately reported it to the support team and asked for the funds to be removed — which they did. The support agent even thanked me for my honesty. From that point on, I only used personal funds and continued learning sincerely with my tutor.Additionally, I referred two friends who successfully joined the platform, and I received a $100 referral bonus — fully in line with Preply’s referral policy. I violated no rules and have documentation and chat history to support every claim. I am ready to share this evidence if needed. My tutor has now increased their rate. If I’m forced to create a new account, I will lose my learning history and be required to pay a higher fee — all because of an unfair decision made without proper investigation. I expected appreciation for reporting a platform flaw, not punishment.I am kindly requesting the following:Immediate reinstatement of my accountRestoration of my subscription with the same tutor, at the previous rateRefund of any remaining balance and referral rewards I rightfully earnedI sincerely hope this situation is reviewed fairly and resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention.

I am not surprised at the reviews, and yet…. They do not change. We cancelled 2 months ago and now they pretended like we did not. Charged us another >$100 and say you do not get a refund. That is clearly not legal, but again- It seems to continue and none of the higher ups in the company seem to care about their reputation, I guess.
Review of alibaba
Would not recommend. Brought 4 LED screens from there worth over $6000 plus delivery. 2 turned up faulty and messaged the supplier and Alibaba due to having the order protection. They claimed they were damaged during transit and agreed to send some replacement parts. Sent replacement parts which we had to pay shipping for and now the replacement parts are different so do not match the screens. Would avoid as Alibaba do not support their customers. I now have a product that cost me $1500 that is unusable.

Review of abebooks
Bought a book advertised as new and the business sent an obviously used book. The seller just ended up buying the book from someone off Amazon and having it dropshipped to me. Abebooks wouldn't do anything to help. They wanted me to pay the return shipping. Nah, I'll file a CC dispute, keep the book, and get my money back. Avoid these a**clowns. Buy off Ebay or Amazon. To abebooks, eat a d*ck.
