If a company doesn't even care about customers who want to buy from them, what can you expect after you have bought their product?I called them and asked them a simple question about warranty of one of their products. After calling several departments and waiting for several call backs, they still couldn't answer my question. Nobody ever calls back from Panasonic India even though they keep promising call backs.
