Silly Returns PolicyWe like Uniqlo, the whole family shops ther, or did.Shopped on Oxford St (London) recently, including a few bits for the family.Some did not work out, so took them back to the local store!Only to be told they only accept returns for refund at the orignal store where the goods were purchased.This simply means we will NEVER shop at Uniqlo again unless local, and as we rarely go local its a loss for them.There must be an Ivory Tower somwhere in the Uniqlo universe who thought this was a smart policy, serioussly its not

Review of wikipedia

Utterly biased claptrap

I am currently doing a PhD in Biofield science and integrative medicine. When I searched for Biofield Science and Reiki on Wikipedia it did not present a single accurate fact in it's entire summation of these topics dismissing them as pseudoscience rubbish. There was not even a distant approximation of the current research. I sent over 50 randomised controlled trials on Reiki from peer reviewed journals some ranked no. 1 for e.g. Frontiers Jounral and this was the reply "A rambling list of unreliable sources. All the research is weak/fraudulent, as sensible sources say. Wikipedia doesn't indulge woo." Obviously author didn't read the research and likely wouldn't have a clue how to assess it given their utterly unscientific biased view of the world. I wouldn't go within 1000 miles of Wikipedia after reading that claptrap. Disgusted.

This Airline has the worst customer…

This Airline has the worst customer service in the industry. With everything that's going on with the pandemic you might think they could have tried to accommodate my cancellation request. I tried to explain to the rep that Delta would not let me on the flight due to my positive results. After waiting two hours for a call back I had to continue to wait even longer to get through to a supervisor. I would not recommend this airline to anybody.

Delivery dates are off by 3-5days... Customer service is lacking... The customer is always wrong when talking to customer service so you don't get any resolutions...Also found out that if you paid for shipping they will still send it via the "free option" instead of the paid option you paid for... Scammers they are ..Edit: I do not believe in Barnes and Nobles reply to my review.. So why would others and myself be posting similar reviews?

Zero Customer Service

Zero Customer Service. They now use automated Generative AI Robots for customer service and have STOPPED 90% of their previously great Live Chat with humans. I was a devoted believer now I am extremely disappointed. In addition they have hiked my plan price up by $100 USA within 24 hours after an error occurred with my credit card security details. I feel gutted and RIPPED-OFF. I think this is disgusting. It is interesting to read similar recent experiences match my gripe. I am reading others (below) now. Someone said all GOOGLE domains were transferred to Squarespace which would equate to millions. Therefore Squarespace can no longet cope with the increase in millions of customer enquiries which explains their current flash-banner message ‘There is No Live Chat Available Right Now’. Buyer beware. Good luck 🤞

Whatever Warner Bros of Disney movies/series, you will write negative comment – it will disappear even if you not brake guidance, but in its place will pop up 2-3 comments 5 stars from peoples, who never ever comment anything else!Example: She-Hulk, it’s soooooooooo bad, that if you google on type in youtube search bar: “she hulk is” hints will be – negative worlds!Today 16.30 GTM, she hulk gotta 81% to 54%, half hour later: 89% to 63%... it’s so pity and sad, maybe WB and Disney, instead of force feeding us with PC stuff, and prequels, sequels, alternative universes and gender swap heros… will do something new? And good without politic behind it ? Instead of manipulating service that not a single normal person trust nowadays?!

Got google fi for its coverage

Got google fi for its coverage, first you cannot activate it anywhere but the US. Then if you travel for work for longer than 90 days even if its separate countries they will cut your access without warning and you cannot transfer your phone number.

Review of dell

Honestly my worst customer experience.

Monitor arrived with massive hole in the box, the damage making its way to the last bit of bubble wrap on the screen. Thought I’d try see if it works regardless, it gets a power light but nothing else, no OSD, nothing. I start a live chat to get help, I get passed around a few people, then the last person told me to hold on and I never got a response back after asking if they were still there.Created a technical support call, got told it was for customer care due to the damaged box / internal damaged to item and closes the call. Called customer care next day, get told as the screen isn’t damaged it’s not for them it’s for technical support so I can’t return / replace and must do live troubleshooting but only between 8-5 weekdays only, i work 8-6 weekdays… I asked if they can send me the questions / troubleshooting steps so I can try them when I’m home and send them email with my answers, nope can’t do that, eventually convince them to send me an email with some things for me to try. Never got that email… I noticed from the live chat a 2nd support call was created and they had asked if I still needed help. I replied yes with a list of everything I had tried and what had happened so far, I chased each day but got no response for 3 days. Each night spent 2+ hours googling and trying fixes myself. Nothing worked and no help from Dell. Looked into it further and turns out I can just request a return contrary to what dell support had told me earlier. Started a return but can only drop off weekdays 8-5 again… book off a day off work and take it to the only drop off location in miles of me. It’s a tiny convenience store and I obviously get turned away and cannot return as they have no where to store it. Call up dell as I have 2 days left to return the monitor and cannot come back tomorrow to try return again as I have work and have made plans so I don’t have a wasted day off work just to return a monitor. After being passed around to 3-4 different people for 30 mins get told to drive to another convenience store miles away, no I booked the day off I’m not driving round North Yorkshire all day until I find a corner shop with space that’ll take my return. It’s massive they are all obviously going to turn me away. I ask if it’s possible to get it picked up from my house, yes! Finally something going my way. Spell out my address letter by letter, oh it’s an apartment? Leave it in reception so they can collect it. It doesn’t have a reception? Then they can’t collect it from you……. Ridiculous! They are too lazy to ring my apartment and wait 10 seconds for me to walk down a single flight or stairs?! Fine I can get it picked up from my parents house. I drive an hour at 6am a couple days later and drop it off at my parents before work for someone to pick up that day. I end up buying the monitor again (cheapest by £200 if I bought elsewhere) and it worked first time when I plugged it in. But from this experience I will not be buying from Dell again, as if there is an issue, it is a nightmare to resolve, customer service is horrific.

Zero support even when trying to assist Ukrainian refugees.

We had our Ukrainian relatives fleeing in 2022. Rented a hotel in Hungary which did not honor the reservation.Capital One supplied zero assistance and allowed them to keep the money. Even when I supplied the screenshots showing the agreement.Though technically correct, I'm 5 days too late in cancelling the card and they wouldn't refund the yearly fee.

Review of ulta

BAD customer service.

When you shop online, and you're a diamond member, and you buy a fair bit of merchandise only to have them prep the shipment and then leave it sitting for days on end, you hop on Ulta customer service chat. It's what you do. Unfortunately, Ulta doesn't care. They won't go see why it isn't shipping. Meanwhile, the only reason I bought online was for a free goodie bag that they ran out of stock on the day after I placed my order. There's a Sephora in town, I'm just saying.
