When you shop online, and you're a diamond member, and you buy a fair bit of merchandise only to have them prep the shipment and then leave it sitting for days on end, you hop on Ulta customer service chat. It's what you do. Unfortunately, Ulta doesn't care. They won't go see why it isn't shipping. Meanwhile, the only reason I bought online was for a free goodie bag that they ran out of stock on the day after I placed my order. There's a Sephora in town, I'm just saying.
