Not useful at all. I can't tell you how many times I've searched for something, found a BBB profile, clicked on it with the BBB showing an A rating but the actual reviews are starkly different. I've also found ratings that have an F from the BBB but user reviews that are stellar. Seems very inconsistent and questionable based on this type of contradictory rating vs BBB.

1. Web templates seem to be more intuitive than its competitors.2. Customer support TRULY supports; the expertise, patience, politeness is the gold standard.3. Online support (i. e. googled articles/reviews/commentaries/troubleshooting/solutions by 3rd parties) is plentiful and helpful when one's in the mood to figure it out before resorting to Wordpress support.

I am a plain nonfiction type writer. I have no desire for extra bells and whistles. I also prefer for my site to be a lot less cluttered with things to do. I just want to write a direct no nonsense mind absorbing prose. Too much smoke and whistles for me, and distracting things to do. Too much to do except write an article that includes things to play with and to distract me, causes me to lose track of my objective. Just plain and simple for me. I am not interested in over embellishing my blogs. Just plain and simple for me. Otherwise I gave a 4-star.

Booked a group cruise. When you initially set-up a booking, you can connect to them in a matter of minutes. Thereafter, it is a nightmare! The wait time can take hours. Very painful because group bookings can not be done on line so you're at the mercy of the phone...and waiting. The advisor that set up the booking is evasive and unresponsive to emails or voicemails. If I had known in advance, I would have gone with a different cruise line. I will in the future

Xero have just updated their invoicing format and have retired the old format much to the disgust of all current subscribers. Invoicing is now a tedious, time consuming operation that has been turned into a shitty mess. And to go with that, they have hiked up the subscription fees. They have not listened to one bit of feedback from their long serving customers.
