Their designers are not trustworthy

They don't filter the designers they work with and they don't take responsibility for their violations. Be careful.Their designers used stolen designs for my project which I can't trademark and they are not willing to issue me a refund for their fake work.

I made a purchase on the 28/11 still no order received, I requested a refund over 7 days ago as this is a Christmas gift no response, I have emailed them no response, I have called they are not answering their phones, this is beyond ridiculous not happy I have no goods or refund I will never purchase from VS again, the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced

TeePublic- a great, trustworthy company to deal with!

TeePublic is a very trustworthy company to deal with. I have made a number of orders through them and they are true to their word when they say 'If you're not happy, we'll fix it for you'. This was demonstrated in the case when I erroneously bought a large t-shirt when I should have ordered a small or medium. I told them that I had made a mistake and was happy to send the large back, which was unworn/unwashed so perhaps someone else could buy it but they emailed me in a few days and said your new order is on it's way. And yes it was! It arrived in the post about a week/10 days later! How's that for service! The large t-shirt will be handed on to a family member who will actually fit it. They're a great company unlike some other online shister companies that I've dealt with. Well done TeePublic.

Handyman Services

I approached Fixxmaster and a couple of other places to hire a "handyman" to help with some work around my house. I hired Fixxmaster as Bradley took time to understand what I wanted done and suggested other approaches for me to consider. They were able to complete the work in the agreed timeframe. The quality of work done was excellent and they tidied up so well before they left! They were personable and trustworthy.In the middle of the initial projects I decided to ask them to do a few small jobs and they did those too.What did they do? Tile/cabinet removal and drywall repair, window removal, outdoor step railing installation, door handle replacement, and moreDefinitely will use Fixxmaster again to complete other jobs that I am already considering.Thanks!!

Not usable because of junk filter

Microsoft insists that the junk filter cannot be deactivated. Because of this and because the junk filter works very worse, you have to check always the junk filter in the web interface, otherwise you could miss important emails.

Underwhelming

The testing took absolutely ages to progress - well over two months - which was a surprise. When the results came back the information was not very illuminating and required extra payments to get additional details (eg split between parents heritage). There was a Timeline feature that is clearly designed for residents of North America to see where they originated, and not much use for European residents. There are a lot of adverts trying to get me to join the service but it’s really expensive and gives access to records that are free online anyway. All in all very slow and underwhelming.

What is the point of a credit card if…

What is the point of a credit card if you payments get declined all the time. I am traveling. For the next two years and the only problems on the whole trip here is Mastercard. Have been lucky until now I could withdraw in some banks. But I contacted my bank and asked for another card company I refused to use this company anymore. So if I have to travel around the world I have to call Mastercard each time. Mastercard if I got my card stolen I will let you know you are not my parents, I am a customer I can read many other. Are either happy about your it would be a hint to start treating your customer in a kind way. Don’t act arrogant you might run out of customer one day.

Before booking please know Hotels.com is never on the side of the customers.Anytime an issue happens with the hotel, they will just play the card or them only being a third partyI made over 50 bookings for work, and every-time an issue happened they pretty much can’t do anything.Please check the reviews for each place before booking, there are tons of hotels that they list but they don’t actually exist. Then when you ask for a refund they say only the hotel can provide it.. but the hotel doesn’t exist…

Probably the worst experience with door…

Probably the worst experience with door dash. I tried ordering food with PetSmart and they’re associated with DoorDash on delivery. The drivers do not care about getting in contact or answering their phones to confirm delivery. Very dismissive during customer service chats.

Renewal payment made but renewal not happened

Payment for my automatic renewable of Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android was paid by credit card using Google Play Services on 19 December 2023. Yet my software has not renewed. I spoke to Customer Support and replied by email, as requested, showing proof of payment. I have received no response to that email nor to a follow-up email sent recently.Bitdefender, where is my money? Why did the automatic renewal not activate? Customer Support Reference: 1008927211
