Would not recommend. After almost 3 years on a dedicated server, I must say the service started well, but following increasingly less tech support and long wait times and also online chat support just not working it was time for us to leave our rolling contract. There is only the option to click a button on the dashboard to 'request cancellation'The cancellation process is currently a problem, no contact from anyone, try to talk to someone on the phone and don't get any calls back, just 'we'll pass this onto the billing team'Meanwhile we're a month since submitting the cancellation and no one from WPengine will confirm the cancellation, instead they will keep taking the money and ignore the cancellation. Avoid starting with them at all costs. Very poor customer service

Awful, awful product and the support is non-existent unless you count third party helpdesk providers who never fix the issue.We are going to have to find an alternative as Shipstation is damaging our business. Don't let it damage yours, find another provider who can do what they say.

Since I became a member in 2017, not only has membership increased, which is expected but the original membership offered much more access to information. What originally was part of membership is now additional. Everytime I try to research further an additional cost must incur. I probably won't renew next year. Very disappointed in constant lack of ability to view things as simple as newspaper articles without additional cost.

Thanks to Yelp, now companies have to pay extortion fees to u deserving customers to save their reputation.

Cancelled subscription only to get 3 calls per day harassing me to pay the next month. When answering they give no introduction, no mention that the call is recorded until the end of the call, no manners, telling me they won't delete my information and will continue to hound me. They need investigating.

I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate the current version of Outlook. It's hard to attach files, it is visually terrible, it's hard to locate specific emails, I can't just save an email to a file folder I have to print a pdf then save it, it's much harder to edit the calendar and the contact files... that's only the beginning. In addition, I can't easily find a way to write correctly in French. The keyboard function to insert accents either isn't there or is at least so hard to find that I can't figure it out. When I tried on my phone app to include French as a second language option, it switched the menus to French and I have not found a way to eliminate this problem. And I'm damned if I want to spend hours on the phone to fix these problems.I used the last version as long as I could, but then had to buy a new computer which meant my only option was the current version. I wish MS would reinstate the prior version, I would use it in a heartbeat.

In common with almost everyone here, my opinion of the latest update could not be worse. After 8 years as a paying user, a 2000+ day streak I'm so disappointed and discouraged by the new path that I won't be renewing my subscription. Just not a pleasure to use any longer.

Item ordered online, and 12 hours later got an email saying order was cancelled by them, money taken by Apple Pay used chatbot stating 20 days before I get my money back. If there is no stock they should not be advertised for sale, should rebrand these as CRAP not CROCS

The price of your product is too high for me.I'd like to buy or more extensive license to protect more family devices but I can't afford it and therefore I have to rely also on free software, which I must confess do a very good job as well.I don't think I'll renew my licenses when they expire to move to these free software, which I do regret.
