The customer adviser really tried her best to help me and spent a longer time in the phone to help me solve exporting dater to my new account but we now need the tech department to resolve it as she tried her best but system errors. We need more people like her to support new customers I appreciated her time & patiences with me as I need at least 1.5hrs as 45mins is not good. Please change your onboarding policy to 1hour minimum.

Similar to many other reviews, the subscription T&C's are sneaky and trap you, even if you're aware of the cancellation fee. I renewed my sub when it was due as the AI feature was useful for my work, but it has since became laughably bad and I can't use it for what I need. I'm now stuck either letting my contract run down (£90) or pay the cancellation fee (£50). To give them credit, the live chat on their contact page connected me to a real person quickly and they were helpful (they couldn't do much about my situation, but that's down to the company and not the person on the other end of the chat).

Awful - being charged £19.97 per month but i haven't signed up to anything, nobody to speak to just a useless Bot, i just want to cancel the payments and certainly wont use adobe for any future requirements we may have, alternative software for us when its required

Chegg used to be a 4 star service until they removed the comments section on chegg answers. This is extremely inconvenient because now you can't see what the chegg expert got wrong, before they would modify their answers based on the comments.

I bought a women's blouse, and it was on a hanger labelled Medium (12 - 14) At home, I found it was a size 10. I returned it and asked to swap it for something else in the larger size. I would have said there was no problem, except that I suddenly got a ticking off! I provided the till receipt, the bank receipt and the item freshly washed (not something you would do in a store but nice for charity shop clothes where they often just steam them). I didn't expect to get into trouble, something to do with the ticket - however, that had the wrong size on it, they needed to write out a new one in any case. It's not much of an issue, but that kind of thing just makes me go to a different charity shop another time.

I ordered a product from bol.com on December 21, 2024, but as of today, January 6, 2025, I still haven’t received it. I reached out to customer service, and they informed me they were investigating the issue [for more details, see a previous review I left].However, following my review on Trustpilot, they rushed to resolve my complaint by offering a refund today, without providing any explanation about their investigation or consulting me on a solution. This lack of communication and their unilateral decision felt dismissive and disrespectful, especially given the inconvenience and frustration I’ve experienced. I expected a more thoughtful and thorough resolution.Initially, I considered closing my account once my order was resolved (receiving the order). Unfortunately, since my order included gift card and bol.com credited it back, I now need to make another purchase on their platform. And of course, it is more expensive now the same item. The thought of using their service again, after this poor experience, is deeply uncomfortable. I worry I may face similar delays or issues in the future.Bol, please solve customer problems by putting yourself in our shoes. I need the order delivered to me, not just a refund.

Terrible interface! Spent 6 hrs for them to tell me i have to check the dirs each one under right click when them menu said local copy.. Should have been a 1.1 ver change.. 9 billion dollar company that has forums of hundreds of customers toe help sort through HIGHLY confusing software.. Good news if their will award you a 1-5 rating if you solves some their problems so they dont have to..

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Just don't. We were with authorize.net and when we built out a new store we were encouraged to move to Braintree. Then as we had sales come in online, the fees went crazy! They withhold their fee (supposed to be 2.4% turned out to be 3%) then had a bunch of other fees they took from our account without any description. Can't talk to a representative, everything is email. Our books are a nightmare for two months. JUST DON'T DO IT!

Well i now understand why people rated American Express 1 star 78% and 5 star only 14%. If it were up to me i would give them 0 stars! They are the absolute WORST credit card you could ever hope to deal with and the absolute WORST customer service doing business today! Not exaggerating either, the customer service is absolutely useless and does NOTHING to assist EVER! I cant tell you how many times i have called about the same charge disputed on my credit card and the morons have no clue what they are doing! Their website is the worst too. Dont take my word, take a look yourself. When you click on Feedback its just a box that opens so people can vent, but it doesnt go anywhere, and they never know who sent it, which means they will never fix the errors because they dont know who sent it nor do they care, that alone is proof of what i am saying, they do NOT value customers. I have disputed very few things on my card, but its an issue every single time. They close the dispute, NEVER tell the card holder, and never give a reason as to why. Then i have to reopen the dispute. Its a complete waste of time and gets no where! Its a typical example of a company that has grown too large and now stops caring about customer service, and gets by on their past name. Because in the past this was a great card to have in your wallet. Now its useless like the company. Its not accepted at many common everyday places and i find more and more places everyday, they do not allow this card because the greedy crooks charge too much so merchants block their card usage. You cant send them a message because their website never works correctly. They have NO live chat. I mean just look at their ratings, they dont even get 50% of the people saying good things about them! I stopped using their card and i encourage people to NEVER open an account with American Express, ANY kind of account, you will be sorry you did. My card is paid off, and i am just waiting to handle the open disputes i have for some charges and then i cant wait to close this cc account! I have even sent them messages through 3rd parties like FB and Messenger, and NEVER received a response! Worst bank, worst credit card company in business today! In fact this review would have been a lot shorter if i was just asked to say what good things they do, which is NOLTHING. i literally cant think of one good thing they do!!! The rewards for using this card are not even good! I get 2 to 3 times better rewards opening any new Visa or MC today! Avoid this company, they will not be around in the future!
