Uncooperative and probably incompetent

My debit card expired and the new one doesn't work with AWS (it *does* work with Amazon and Audible). AWS is extremely uncooperative and unhelpful in the matter, telling me to get a new credit card (riiiiight, I do that just for you, when my card works just fine EVERYWHERE else) and suggest to contact other departments, which I did and who also tell me to get a new credit card. And they keep sending me warnings instead of helping, to top it off. Such a big enterprise, so unhelpful and with only ONE payment method (cc without CVV check). Sad. I guess I'm now waiting for any legal action they'll take to get their $3, which they don't or can't accept from my debit card cause *they* have a primitive, one-option-only system. We're in 2020. Good thing there's many alternatives out there.

I would like to echo what numerous customers have already indicated in their review. These guys auto-renewed my account behind my back, without sending any emails or notifications, even though I had turned off my auto-renewal immediately after signing up. They’ve charged me for several months of activity without my knowledge and are now absolutely refusing a refund. They can clearly see my lack of activity over the last 3 months. This is simply a scam. If you need 1 month of access to do something quick, be prepared to pay up for several months. You won’t get away that easy.

Sent wrong items and no response from support

Order 1x jacket size L, 2x shorts size L. Receive the wrong shorts in size S and no jacket. Emailed customer support and haven't received a response in 24 hours. It's a week day as well so no excuses. If this wasn't purchased with a gift card, I wouldn't shop here again. 10 days after receiving my return, they send me a message saying it could take up to 21 days. Been about 18 now since they received it. It's been over a month trying to get my refund and they never processed it yet.It has taken over 2 months now for this refund to process. They sent it today and it was $20 short. So now I have to deal with them more to get my full refund.

Dishonest product pictures and incompetent support staff!

I have ordered a laptop from Otto on 02.06.2019. After receiving the laptop, I realized that its keyboard is not backlit as it should be and got in touch with Otto customer service. On 10.06.2019, Otto replied to me and I queote: "the Laptop should have a backlit keyboard according to the pictures" so I have returned it. It has been almost two months and they still haven't changed the product pictures.Product was: Acer A515-52G-70QM LaptopProduct Nr: 733049263= = = = =I have ordered a robo-vacuum from Otto on 23.06.2019 and got an email from Otto on 01.07.2019 stating that my order is going to be delivered via Hermes.I got in touch with Hermes on 11.07.2019 and received no response from them.I got in touch with Otto on 16.07.2019 and all Otto did was to tell me that "Hermes will call me". Of course, Hermes did not call me.Today is 30.07.2019 and noone from Otto called me.This was planned as a present, ruined because of Otto's incometency. I missed the Amazon's Prime Day discounts because of Otto's incometency.Best part: The item (Artikel-Nr. 1850960328) is now listed as "out of stock". Have they ever had it? Noone knows.

I would give Adobe zero stars if…

I would give Adobe zero stars if possible. In my opinion this is a terrible predatory company. I signed up for one of there plans at around 40 dollars a month and eventually I noticed that the price almost doubled. I decide to cancel and received a notice that I would have to pay an early cancellation fee of over 350 dollars. What!!! I no longer want their subscription service and they are trying to penalize me for cancelling. That is ridiculous!!! I cancelled and will fight them through my credit card company. This company uses sleazy business practices and I HIGHLY recommend you avoid them like the plague!

It's the best Social Media posting…

It's the best Social Media posting platform, I tend to stay away from the app as it's a bit clunky. Fantastic for scheduling posts and delving into analytics. Would be great if it offered you all the same features as if you were posting directly within each social media account, however, Hootsuite is still incredibly useful.

We all know 95% of the stuff on here is a cheap fake but this company is shocking don't expect a refund any time soon someone to talk to or any links to work to send your items back. No refund and you pay for something you didnt order. When its wrong its impossible to reach them. Have to tell the same story again and again and send thr picture.

Bought a laptop from Asus and it’s the worst laptop I have ever had. Nothing but problems since I bought it, and been in customer service calls and chats for dozens of hours over the past year because of this sh***y laptop. My advice, don’t ever buy an Asus laptop. As soon as I have the money to buy a new laptop, I’ll make sure this one gets shot through with arrows from my bow.
