Uncooperative and probably incompetent

My debit card expired and the new one doesn't work with AWS (it *does* work with Amazon and Audible). AWS is extremely uncooperative and unhelpful in the matter, telling me to get a new credit card (riiiiight, I do that just for you, when my card works just fine EVERYWHERE else) and suggest to contact other departments, which I did and who also tell me to get a new credit card. And they keep sending me warnings instead of helping, to top it off. Such a big enterprise, so unhelpful and with only ONE payment method (cc without CVV check). Sad. I guess I'm now waiting for any legal action they'll take to get their $3, which they don't or can't accept from my debit card cause *they* have a primitive, one-option-only system. We're in 2020. Good thing there's many alternatives out there.
