Ive had Deezer Elite (full cd quality) for the last 12 months now and i paid £120 upfront. I have been happy with the service but what i'm not happy about is the fact they auto renewed my subscription AND doubled the price to £239.88 without so much as a warning or an email. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund on principle as i think this is a very underhand way of doing business.UPDATE !! Deezer refunded my 239.88 and sent me a link to renew for £120 so well done Deezer you have retained my custom for another year so now its 4 stars beacause i still think an advance warning email would be helpful hence not 5

I had AAA for my family for almost 30 years. We paid for four cars and a motorcycle. Most years we didn’t need to use AAA we were fortunate. The last year we had it I made three calls. Two were canceled before they got to us Because we found our keys and someone jumped our van. After almost 30 years, we were canceled and unable to appeal to cancellation because we were told we had used it too many times in one year. The rules then were each paid number gets four calls a year. We had three total. We were unable to appeal after being dropped. So essentially we were dropped for actually using the service we were paying for for 30 years. Terrible experience.

We all know 95% of the stuff on here is a cheap fake but this company is shocking don't expect a refund any time soon someone to talk to or any links to work to send your items back. Instead you get things that ar not as advertised try to send them back finally get an address then your still out of pocket because you have to pay for the postage. If your looking for better quicker cheaper service use AliExpress one temu.

VENMO CREDIT CARD offered a $100 bonus when I purchased $1000 & on their card. I called & was told to wait 45 days . I call after 45 days and was told I had to fill out a written form they would send me. I was told twice that it it was sent but I never received anything sent, Obviously a ripoff.

If only I could leave no stars. I've been a playstation guy my entire life and am in my 30s. Owned every single console playstation has produced and loved them. Until I finally had a problem with a game that I needed a refund on, first one ever too, wasteland 3 to be exact. Game has so many bugs it's unreal and keeps crashing every time I go to play it. Contact customer support, (very polite but) useless. Told them of the problems and thought maybe they shouldn't have this game on the store considering the issues I've been having, asked about a refund, had to get a floor supervisor after a few minutes, basically "sorry we allow poor glitchy games on our store, and I understand that the game doesn't work, but you've installed and started playing so there's nothing we can do even if you can't play the game" what a joke.

So I bought a new home and got then Samsung appliance package, worst decision of my life there appliances are complete garbage nothing but problems, and Samsung goes out of there way to not honour warranty’s if they can. They know that the majority of their appliance line is not top quality and do not want to support warranty on them. I would recommend that people stay away from Samsung products, and it it not that I happen to get a lemon it is that they sell lemons and your lucky to get something that works as that would be a fluke occurrence

Kroger does not have a process in place that allows their customer service people to manually reverse authorization holds. In my case, two fraudulent authorizations totaling $560 were made on my debit card. Thanks to my quick action, the fraudulent order was not filled; however, Kroger says I must wait for the authorization on my debit card to droop off automatically which takes 5 days. This ties up those funds for five days. I worked at a bank and I know the process requires they simply do an "authorization hold reversal" - taking about three minutes of someone's time. So far, they refuse. If this is not fixed today, they will spend a lot more time AND money dealing with me.

Deleting reviews that are politcialy incorrect in their eyes and calling everyone who doesn't think and speak like them 'haters', 'trolls', 'toxic', ... . This is pure communism plain and simple. And they don't care doing it; because they know that once, we the critical generations, will disappear, they only got their censored past to prove they were supposedly right and feed that to the brainwashed. Update 2: Nice to know that, despite an email asking for a reference number, zero action. They’ve not even bothered to get back to my bank when I raised an issue. For a company that purports to be trustworthy in their reporting, this is pretty laughable. Update: I’ve been told 1. They didn’t get the cancellation 2. They didn’t get my resends 3. They got them and can’t say when it will be done 4. They’ve not got them 5. They need a screenshot. All within a week. Been made to prove cancellation of subscription after having two months debit in error. I forwarded the relevant subscription cancellation emails and customer service denied they ever even received these copies until I read out the dates and times they were sent. Apparently it has gone to the "supervisory team" who take "3-5 days" to respond. And don't bother. All the chat and phone operators can say is "they will get back to you". Not their fault I know they are told to say that. The Economist is being let down by an appalling Customer (Dis)Service.

So I thought I would spend 2 weeks on another course, which I found very repetitive to the other course so cancelled, only to be charged and that it was not refundable. THIS IS NOT CHEAP and a complete waste of money!!
