Appauling customer service I have always paid my deezer through my mobile account and all of a sudden they tried to take my money 3 weeks earlier that it should be and emailed me to say my payment was refused and cancelled my account. The money came out as it always did on the right date. I emailed them to say I had paid and they had cancelled my subscription it took 5 very frustrating emails waiting up to a week each time for a response and I kept getting the same response saying I hadn't paid and they had cancelled it because the payment had been refused. Eventually I got so fed up with emailing them I got a bit shirty which I don't do normally but so fed up with getting useless emails back and getting nowhere I even rang my mobile company and they rang them up and got nowhere. I am a nurse and if I provided the service I got with to my patients I would be sacked I am going over to apple music. In the end they recognised they had messed up but unfortunately it is cold comfort with all the stress they have caused over 9.99

I had a major "delivery" issue from DPD of my Xmas lego, it arrived soaking wet, box ripped open and missing items, DPD said nothing to do with us we only deliver the ****. I called lego in a furious rage and spoke with a customer service representative who took full control of the horrendous situation, calmed me down and ordered the replacement items, PS this was 5 days before Xmas, so clearly I was sceptical when they quoted "guaranteed pre Xmas delivery" I checked online the next day and the items were out of stock in the UK so they were coming from Brussels, needless to say my heart sunk, the next day (2 days before Xmas) I was contacted by DHL to say they had my item and it was on route for delivery that day, it arrived late PM in perfect condition. Lego customer service team are by far the best I've ever dealt with and recommend the Lego company / family as one of the best in the business.

I tried to request a ride and it turned into a nightmare! I put in a card for payment but that wasn't enough. A backup form of payment was requested. When I asked to speak with someone in customer service, they wanted to charge me $1. I tried to pay the $1 and the application refused it saying that my bank had to authorize it. I was never able to speak with anyone. Frustrating beyond belief!!!

Upon paying for the course, they send an email saying there are 2 ebooks for you, but not only is it impossible to reach the place the ebooks supposedly reside unless you are on a PC, what is actually there is a link to where you can buy the books, written by the teacher of the course. The course does not disclose that text books are required and must be bought until you have paid for it. The course material prior to passing the first quiz is just interviews with practitioners. It's not in the least useful.

Health and safety concerns, listing accuracy does not matter to them. They leave travelers with no choice but to stay in moldy, broken down rentals and have no intention of helping remedy the issues or remove the listing. Used to be a fairly honest site and I do not trust them as a traveler or owner I would never again use this overpriced nightmare.
