A nightmare

I tried to request a ride and it turned into a nightmare! I put in a card for payment but that wasn't enough. A backup form of payment was requested. When I asked to speak with someone in customer service, they wanted to charge me $1. I tried to pay the $1 and the application refused it saying that my bank had to authorize it. I was never able to speak with anyone. Frustrating beyond belief!!!
