Rubbish customer service

Appauling customer service I have always paid my deezer through my mobile account and all of a sudden they tried to take my money 3 weeks earlier that it should be and emailed me to say my payment was refused and cancelled my account. The money came out as it always did on the right date. I emailed them to say I had paid and they had cancelled my subscription it took 5 very frustrating emails waiting up to a week each time for a response and I kept getting the same response saying I hadn't paid and they had cancelled it because the payment had been refused. Eventually I got so fed up with emailing them I got a bit shirty which I don't do normally but so fed up with getting useless emails back and getting nowhere I even rang my mobile company and they rang them up and got nowhere. I am a nurse and if I provided the service I got with to my patients I would be sacked I am going over to apple music. In the end they recognised they had messed up but unfortunately it is cold comfort with all the stress they have caused over 9.99
