The woman, who was elderly and wearing glasses, was rude and aggressive when I asked for a veggie breakfast and was downright miserable. I came to the till, the chef Dave, who was nice actually came out to ask me what I wanted and told me there was a table ready which I appreciated. The woman on the other hand didn't even look at me but just started writing my order. When I was momentarily distracted, she didn't have the manners to even say, "Excuse me love/sir, but that's six pounds please", instead I got "SIX QUID" repeated at me three times in a snappy aggressive way. Anyway, I sat down to wait for breakfast and sure enough the woman comes out from the kitchen area with the food; before I even received the plate she just snaps "HOT". Conversely, she could have politely said "Careful love/sir, the food is rather hot", or something said in a way that demonstrates she actually wanted me to stay and eat in.I used to be a regular customer of this cafe; sadly I won't be going in there again.

I made a booking paid 3 months in advance with La ap apartment's on booking.com. I sent the arrival time through the time advisories on the app, I received a call from the property owner stating he had sold it to cheaply - he only realised there was a booking now and refused to honour it as it was too cheap, I can come to the property and no one will be there and I will lose my money. Booking.com is still going in circles with the issue and now tell me I must wait to see if they will accept me until the check in date until they can advise. I cannot drive for hours to the property that clearly has told me I will not have accommodation and cannot wait for check in date to spend another couple of hours on the call to booking.com. This is criminal that this is allowed. I now have to find another place at prices charged a week before check in date and out of pocket of my 5 day stay I already paid for with listless agents.

OMG good morning BBC on elections is so frustrating! Why does she interrupt every person trying to answer her questions? She is the rudest person ever, while her other guests look uncomfortable. Get rid of her! It does not make for good viewing.

Don’t subscribe it’s a trap. I tried canceling 6 months ago and they told me I had to wait until December to cancel. I waited and can not cancel. They try and say we will give you a membership at a discounted price or free which is what I was told and then you will be able to cancel at the end. This is false. Been on the phone 30 min and they are trying to give me a discounted price again but I do NOT want this service as I do not use it. They will not cancel my subscription. I removed my information so they can’t pull anything from my account but they are demanding a payment to cancel. DO NOT TRUST!

The London congestion charge is a business model based purely on human weakness. If you forget twice, then I dont disagree with a fine as you can set up auto-pay. But first time forgettors, who do not know about auto pay, shouldn't be penalised so much in a cost of living crisis.

DO NOT TAKE THEIR 3 MONTH TRIAL. You cannot cancel online and they give you the runaround, tell you that its cancelled then you are billed £14.99 again the next month!If you have experienced this, go to your bank and ask them to decline any future payments to them. Then register a dispute over the amount. I have emails showing my requests and screen shots of the cancellation error page.

I ordered from the new Kroger‘s Fulfillment center south of Dallas instead of using Instacart. The fulfillment center uses robots to select your items. Well, I was charged for my groceries for my home delivery, I did receive a text that said the groceries were delivered, unfortunately no groceries were ever delivered. I think those robots need to go back to school. Preferred to have my groceries delivered from my local store, where I can track the driver, contact the driver, and contact the store if I have a problem.
