The fulfillment center needs better robots

I ordered from the new Kroger‘s Fulfillment center south of Dallas instead of using Instacart. The fulfillment center uses robots to select your items. Well, I was charged for my groceries for my home delivery, I did receive a text that said the groceries were delivered, unfortunately no groceries were ever delivered. I think those robots need to go back to school. Preferred to have my groceries delivered from my local store, where I can track the driver, contact the driver, and contact the store if I have a problem.
