Another month has gone by and BlueHost decides to take more of my money AFTER I have closed my account with them. If you are thinking about using BlueHost, you will need to understand that you will never be able to stop them from taking money from your bank account. You can cancel with them in writing, cancel with them on the phone, or cancel with them on their own chat and none of these will stop them from taking money from your account the next month. What a scam!!!!!Answer to BlueHost’s reply:BlueHost says they have contacted me. As I said in my original review; they have; and I have cancelled the account WITH THEM OVER THE PHONE WITH A REAL PERSON….TWICE!!! And yet, they continue to take money from my business account without my authorization!! WHY????I have provided, and they have received, all the information they have requested; multiple times.Their answer is just more evidence of the incompetence that this company values. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH OR HAVE YOUR BUSINESS RELY ON!!!!Second response:I have responded to previous reviews that I have made with no change to what you take out of my bank each month. At this point my only option is to change bank accounts because, despite what you want people to believe, you do not actually care about any of your customers. I am very happy with the hosting service I am now using and am SOOO glad that I am not with BlueHost any longer.

Item (magnetic spice rack) was faulty from the outset. The spice rack peeled away from the magnet and crashed to the floor. I am a cook, and I purchased 4 packages of these racks, which feature 2 spice racks per package. All 8 spice racks peeled off and crashed to the ground. I lost perhaps $150 in broken spice bottles, and my request for a refund was refused. Do not buy these. Beware Wayfair.

The worse service i ever had.ordered twice and twice went wrong.first the size guide they have is not correct-was mesure my self and by the size guide i ordered size l wich was way too big, had to returned, but they refunded wrong person.second time ordered pink pyjama, by them mistake in system they put purple wich was not maching item number.i get purple pyjama-so i had to returned again with request to get pink one (dont wanted refund) .after of two weeks of wasting time and comunicate with them they send me message that refund was made.

Fox News..had your station on for about 15 mins.this morning. No more! When you start calling “President Elect” Biden...that did it for me. The votes, recounts and challenges are not done with yet! The only one that has elected Biden is the press, not the courts..which is where this election is heading. If you station was a roll of toilet paper..I know exactly where you would end up in the end! STOLE MY MONEY AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTI accidentally added a wrong address and contacted customer service even before the order was shipped. They said they cancelled and made me pay for the order Twice. Ultimately it was delivered to the wrong address even thought the first time delivery was unsuccessful, it was tried again even after being cancelled from their end and the order was lost. They have taken no responsibility and stole my money and haven’t even given a refund or solution. Avoid at all cost!! Delivery person doesn’t even check if it’s you or not collecting the order.

3rd time they went outside their 'guaranteed delivery date.' I was very patient before, this time I absolutely needed the items for a scheduled event the next morning. They don't have the courtesy to contact me about my package being delayed by possibly a week: I have to followup with them. By the time I do the courier is closed so they apparently can't do anything until morning. So I suggest fine call the courier in the morning and get this order cancelled because I don't want to see it at my door: I am told by supervisor she is coming in at 3pm and can call them then. But they may deliver package earlier in the day. I emphasis that is a waste for me as I will not be able to use it anymore and I don't want the hassle of printing out return labels and taking to courier office for mailing out: I am told to just refuse the package at door. THEY JUST LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR WITHOUT RINGING DOORBELL. what, am I suppose to stay sitting on the porch all morning to make sure I can refuse the carrier? I tell phone agent this and suggest she pass on info to a colleague or another supervisor with morning shift so they can do this cancellation with courier. I am told something so stupid that I am still reeling from it: 'you will have to callback tomorrow morning if u want this to happen. We are not allowed to share your data with apparently even our colleagues in the same company with same level of security clearance as us. So you need to call yourself in the morning and do all this followup yourself. Again. From scratch." Nothing said or done that can possibly assist me. Moreover, just seems will be more headache for me to go return useless product that I don't need anymore, and the running around involved early morning to find suitable replacement items for my event. I have swore and gotten angry maybe 3 times in past 30 years, this situation tops them all. No regard for cx pain, no feasible action plan to help them, keep repeating the same bad service and set untruthful delivery standards without remorse. I doubt it will happen but I hope they go out of business

Ordered a jacket and it did not fit sent the item back and they said that a refund will be processed within 14 days We are now over 14 days and the item has not been refunded I have sent 2 e-mails and still no refund also contacted the customer service team by telephone to be told that it needs investigation and I will hear back within 48 hours even though I can see on the Uniqlo site that they received the return over 14 days ago appalling service very unlikely to deal with them again based on this experience
