i had actually forgotten not only how bad this product was but almost more frustrating is just how bad the service is. Honestly avoid at all costs and don't be sucked in by the 30 day no questions money back guarantee. They simply wont give the refund.In response to your reply on trust pilot and to be clear you haven't honoured the refund request and I have tried all your various excuse email routes. In fact not only have you not honoured it but also the page with the terms and conditions I was directed to as justification for refusing the refund was the Privacy page, I presume because you never had any intention of honouring your promise. Perhaps this was just another incorrect link on your website but you were very swift to issue the link and still haven't corrected the message. It appears completely dishonest to try and suggest anything else in your reply. Im happy to post the confirmation from my bank on here if you want to really show the people you don't honour it. For the purpose of clarity for the poor soles that may follow me into being tempted by your refund promise. It was less than 2 hours after downloading the pro app that didn't work and having received no response from you that i requested a refund and was refused immediately, not once but several times and to this point i still not have received any response to my complaint about the refusal. There are lots of other wordpress page builders and I would recommend everyone to use one of them instead.
