Review of godaddy
I had called GoDaddy a couple times that day and had spoken with a couple of other agents AKA service reps AKA sales agent, I got from a nonchalant attitude to an aggressive upsell attitudeBut the guy that I was fortunate to get on my last call, because I was having some issues processing my payment ended up being the perfect Sherpa! He didn't upsell me as a matter of fact it was less than one of the other guides price and he went above and beyond to connect my email, to give me some parting advice about how to approach building the website, and I really felt like mission accomplished! and I felt comfortable and confident about the new project awaiting me. customer service and a great guide in any purchase is everything!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Amazon are breaking consumer rights laws! I had a parcel delivered on Sunday (2 Lego sets worth £145 combined, for my son’s birthday). Amazon said parcel was delivered Sunday 23rd march, no proof of delivery photo was taken. I didn’t receive my parcel so contacted Amazon Sunday night, they said wait 48 hours if the parcel doesn’t turn up, come back and they’ll assist. Came back today (Tuesday) and they said I need to get a crime reference number from the police, which I got for them, and then sent this over to Amazon. They then said I need a police report as well as the crime ref number. I called the police back to request a police report and they told me they don’t do police reports in the UK and there’s no way at all that I can get a police report, the crime reference number is enough for Amazon to have proof of the failed delivery. I then told this to at least 5 separate Amazon representatives, (3 of them cut me off mid conversation or acted like they could no longer hear me) and they all told me they will not help me resolve this without a police report. So they’re telling me to do something which is not possible, and then they’ll help. This is a huge violation of the consumer rights act 2015 and Amazon staff don’t seem to be aware of this! The fact that they can’t even provide a photo of proof of delivery is enough for them to be legally required for them to refund or replace my order. I am now stuck, £145 out of pocket, no birthday present for my son, and no money to get him a new present, he’s going to be absolutely heartbroken! I will never in my life buy from Amazon again, the amount of stress I’m under as a single mother and now £145 out of pocket and Amazon point blank refusing to assist me or adhere to consumer rights laws is shocking! I am so angry with this situation, I have emailed the managing director of Amazon UK so I do hope this will be resolved and Amazon will fulfil their obligations as a seller to adhere to consumer rights laws and legislation. Until then I have nothing good to say about this company or their ‘customer service’.

Review of agoda
The worst website ever to book holiday with. Booked a 'newly refurbished' hotel which turned out to be basically derelict. On Agoda site the hotel has glowing reviews which are clearly fake upon closer review. No assistance from Agoda. Lying about trying to solve the matter with hotel and give us a refund. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them and use any other site.

The combination of videos with instructions and hand-son exercises make sure all new topics are easily remembered. The covered topics were really interesting however I would have liked to cover certain topics in more detail, especially in the data lake lessons. One thing I missed in the course are new concepts like data lakehouse and data mesh. But don't let this scare you, it is still a great course covering a lot of different topics!

I scheduled a ride to the airport several days in advance and received confirmation that a car would arrive at 4 a.m. on 1/16. 4:00 came and no one was even on the way to pick us up. A couple minutes after 4, my ride pops up and says it 21 min away, then another ride pops up and says it's 28 minutes away. I then call the driver, who doesn't answer the first 2 times, then finally picks up the 3rd time, but doesn't speak English. He has me text him and he says I'm on the way to the airport to pick you up..well, we were at our home waiting for a ride to the airport, not the other way around. This was very upsetting and stressful since we were trying to catch a flight...we ended up waking up my son to have him drive us to the airport at this ungodly hour. I will never use Lyft again as they are totally unreliable and there is no way to contact them.

Review of economist
I received a response from The Economist to my below referenced problem.. It stated that the issue had something to do with a programming glitch pertaining to the telephone number field. They are in the process of correcting it. In this response it indicated that the free copy of The Economist is only available to U S A and U K addresses. There was no reference to this fact either in there TV advertising, or on there website. How then, as a Canadian, could l possibly know this! Why would they tell me that it had to do with a glitch in the telephone field. Something isn’t right.I would suggest that The Economist needs to get its act togetherInitial Complaint:I applied for the free copy. After completing the application, which included my telephone number, l was requested to resubmit my phone number for a second time. After doing so, l was advised that the phone number was not valid. I assure you that it is a valid number. Is this a scam!

Avoid CheckmyfileTheir response here is exactly the same as what they sent me in private emails — and it still ignores the key facts: I did not knowingly reactivate my subscription, I never received the confirmation email they claim was sent, and I never used the service after logging in.They kept charging me for four months without my knowledge, and the refund of just two months does not reflect the whole picture. Repeating the same explanation doesn’t make it fair or acceptable. Customers deserve better transparency and communication.
