Update: After replying to the company with my dissatisfaction at not being offered a credit, they did respond with the requested credit voucher. My only complaint at this point is that this should have happened in their initial response and not have required my complaint to initiate customer service on their part. Issue resolved now to my satisfaction.Original review:I ordered a couple of t-shirts online only to discover that the shipping address had been auto-filled with an old billing address immediately after i’d submitted the order. i sent several emails providing the correct shipping address but received no response as expected per their very own “need to update address” link on their site. after receiving no response i submitted a request to cancel the order expecting to receive a future purchase credit as stated on their site. Two days later i received an email from them asking for my patience in receiving a response from them due to their being backed up on requests. Later that day the response i received was essentially sorry, can’t change the address as it is in a different country and no mention of a purchase credit at all, just a line saying that next time i should ensure the address entered is correct. Completely unsatisfactory. Don’t give them your trade.

Bought a Garmin S42 - only wore a few times and watch face became scratched. Worn many other watchers and never had this before. Customer service wanted me to pay £92.81 to sort out!! Very disappointed with the product and after care. I know this isn’t included in warranty but how could this have happened so easily?

I bought a forerunner 965 that did not live up to battery life and had some issues with GPS disconnection. which as a result will give you different result at the same route you run. The company asked for the watch and sent me instead an recertified watch (in the warranty period) and the watch had more disconnected and bad battery life. I am looking forward not to use garmin in the future, when they do not live up to the warrenty and quality which is described about the product

Worse ever company1. Charged my credit card multiple times using higher anount than supposed to!2. Asked to contact my bank to resolve their issue they caused!3. Didn't call back me for 4 time. Eventually called me back on Sunday morning at 12:39am and 12:40am!

This Macy’s in Framingham is not following cdc guidelines as far as offering hand sanitizer (all pumps empty) and no masks.The store had a bad odor and one check out open with irate customers...store felt so dirty and employees seemed nervous and preoccupied....not ready to re open!!!

Today is November 13, This is a bad experience for me that It’s worse customer service on Macy. I haven’t received my packages that I ordered 2 packages on October 29, so I called Macy’s customer service and a lady pick up the phone ask my order number and phone then tell me nothing and just let me listen to music, I wait for 5 minutes, still nobody responds to me, I called again and still waiting for the long time , nobody pick it up. I called them again, someone hang up my phone. Until now nobody response to me what should I do or how I can do, I don’t know where my order is, they don’t have any update more information send it to me. I am very disappointed with Macy’s. Every year I spent a lot of money to purchase items on the Macy, But now I know their customer service is terrible.

My order is 357100518 . Dell sold me a software without license key and I contact customer serv. over an hour, they told me to wait four more hours someone will contact me. They can't refund even I they could not give me the code to activate the software. It costs me so much hassle to deal with Dell.

I have two IG accounts share an email that I used to be able to switch between in app yet now one of them doesn't show up, and regardless of what password I use, it logs me into the same account. I can't even attempt to log into the other since it shares the same email and apparently IG doesn't have any live customer support or any way to get in touch with a human. Furthermore, the site and app have bugs that make it frustrating to use. Ultimately it makes me not want to use IG period. It's clear they don't really care about its users.
