Terrible customer service

Today is November 13, This is a bad experience for me that It’s worse customer service on Macy. I haven’t received my packages that I ordered 2 packages on October 29, so I called Macy’s customer service and a lady pick up the phone ask my order number and phone then tell me nothing and just let me listen to music, I wait for 5 minutes, still nobody responds to me, I called again and still waiting for the long time , nobody pick it up. I called them again, someone hang up my phone. Until now nobody response to me what should I do or how I can do, I don’t know where my order is, they don’t have any update more information send it to me. I am very disappointed with Macy’s. Every year I spent a lot of money to purchase items on the Macy, But now I know their customer service is terrible.
