I ordered an outdoor coffee table July 5th. When I finally went on the site to see the status, it was cancelled. I called customer service and was told that my phone number didn’t match the one they had on file and could be a typo. Apparently they tried to contact me via the incorrect phone number (duhh!!) and couldn’t reach me so they cancelled the order a month of waiting for it. Apparently they didn’t think of emailing!!! They sure are bright over at bath bed and beyond the brain!!!

Something's not right (CSAM)I reported NSFW content where the girl was clearly too young to be in suggestive photos... and then I was suspended. I reached out to customer support to ask why they suspended my account, and they ignored my support ticket.I subscribed to several creators (totalling around $50/month) and it kept charging my credit card. Since they suspended my account, there was no way for me to cancel my subscriptions manually and when I submitted a support ticket, they ignored it. I had to cancel the credit card and now my bank has to get involved because Patreon scammed me.

After seeing these reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. I haven't been able to login to my Logitech account on their website even though my Logi Craft keyboard with the Crown is logged in. I ended up using the chat on their website and talking to the Logi Bot for a few minutes, entered my product Serial number and for the next few minutes they Logi bot just said they couldn't help and would connect me to an agent. When the agent started talking to me they said they couldn't help and would find someone who could help in another department. The next day I got an email and it was evident they read the problem I was having with my keyboard and they sent me instructions with multiple ways to troubleshoot it. Although I'm on a MacPro and all the instructions were for a windows machine, I was still able to look at the instructions and apply it to my problem and eventually had it back in operation within 10 minutes. I realized it was something I did to my settings when my 6 year old magic mouse took a dump on me.Very happy with their products, but I get the feeling they might be retiring the Logi Craft with the crown. I love this keyboard that I bought another one as a backup. My batteries are almost EOL but it's lasted 4 years of work usage.I'm also happy with my experience with Logitech's assistance.

A sales manager told me that the data synhronisation is possible with custom e-commerce software. I subscribed to a starter. No w I have to menual synhronis the data, download and upload again. That is a pain. Customer service ask the quastion which 3d party software I use, I say them that I have a custom software. and then silence. I don't use them and have to pay 400 chf for entire year. That is insane. This is a fraud!
