After seeing these reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. I haven't been able to login to my Logitech account on their website even though my Logi Craft keyboard with the Crown is logged in. I ended up using the chat on their website and talking to the Logi Bot for a few minutes, entered my product Serial number and for the next few minutes they Logi bot just said they couldn't help and would connect me to an agent. When the agent started talking to me they said they couldn't help and would find someone who could help in another department. The next day I got an email and it was evident they read the problem I was having with my keyboard and they sent me instructions with multiple ways to troubleshoot it. Although I'm on a MacPro and all the instructions were for a windows machine, I was still able to look at the instructions and apply it to my problem and eventually had it back in operation within 10 minutes. I realized it was something I did to my settings when my 6 year old magic mouse took a dump on me.Very happy with their products, but I get the feeling they might be retiring the Logi Craft with the crown. I love this keyboard that I bought another one as a backup. My batteries are almost EOL but it's lasted 4 years of work usage.I'm also happy with my experience with Logitech's assistance.
