I reached out to customer support to ask why they suspended my account, and they ignored my support ticket.I subscribed to several creators (totalling around $50/month) and it kept charging my credit card. Since they suspended my account, there was no way for me to cancel my subscriptions manually and when I submitted a support ticket, they ignored it. I had to cancel the credit card and now my bank has to get involved because Patreon scammed me.
