My market place items where blocked for unknown reason. The system they use to send a code does not work. I contacted them 5 or 6 times no reply what so ever,They should be closed down a total joke. They donot care at all about users.

I am a paid premium subscriber, and the plan states ad-free steaming. They have started to show ads when trying to watch an episode. I have made a tech ticket, and got the response: "Thank you for your concerns about our new feature - pre-roll ads". After explaining how nice this new "feature" is, they continue to say "but don't worry, they are not ads or commercials".They have clearly stated it was an ad, and are trying to cover it up by saying it is not an ad. I pay 22.99 for "ad-free" streaming, not ad-free with pre-roll ads as a perk.I have documented all emails, screenshots, etc, to back up this information.

What a poor excuse for a company. I have used U.K. and US Amazon for many many years before moving to oz. What an utter shambles and disgrace the oz version is. Make it nigh impossible to speak to someone, when I do, I get a message in Japanese (sorry I don’t speak the language), eventually speaking to someone I think was in the Philippines who could not assist and so passed me to someone in oz, ridiculous. Poor customer service. Why can I easily order items in the U.K. from US and European Amazon but here I’m told not possible but then find U.K. and US Amazon items listed by Amazon oz at silly prices. I think it’s a stitch-up. Cancelling prime, had enough.

Paypal permanently deactivated my account when I was trying to update my banking info. They said this not reversable and their chat, PayPal Assistant, is miserable. I reviewed their help section, saw I did not violate any of this, and then couldn't find any place to ask what I specifically did. Here's what they said in chat, "We understand this may be disappointing, but your account has been permanently deactivated. You still have access to your transaction history, account statements, and data downloads. We may hold any funds on your account up to 180 days to cover things like chargebacks or other financial liabilities. Don't worry, we'll review the account periodically to see if we can release any funds sooner and email you the outcome of each review. To learn more, please read the Supported Activity section in our Help Center." Beyond being activated for no reason, their support is absolutely useless!!!!! I would never consider using them ever again if there is any alternative.

Amazon cannot be trusted to deliver white goods. They do not tell their subcontracted delivery firms that they are meant to take away old appliances. You would have thought that Amazon knew the very basics about delivery, but it turns out that large appliances are beyond them.

Oh god, they algo squeeze the drivers and now it’s all dented cars these days. My drivers weeps that Uber took $17 of a $28 fare and won’t tell her why. They show me their hungry children. I've been using it for a month now. Very comfortable and convenient. Grandiose responsive customer service, which is correct to call "care service". They will tell you everything, explain, help you, explain... They are a great value of this service. Other than that, there are no problems with accessibility. The prices are adequate. There is indeed a significant lack of some reservation guarantee. But this is just a suggestion)))
